Great find by my wife. Stayed on a golf trip. Rooms were good, staff friendly and the breakfast was sensational. We have a meal in the bistro at the same location which was great. As guests of the hotel we got a complimentary drink and a discount on our dinner. If you are staying in Nowra l would highly recommend.

Great location. Room had a recent refurbishment & looked great. Staff were all extremely friendly, professional & helpful. The included breakfast was great & had a huge selection available of different breads, condiments, cereals & hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages), yoghurt, fruit, tea, coffee & juices. Great value for money!

I have been to the hotel 3 times in past 14 months but this time had a very different experience. We stayed for three nights and booked 2 rooms. Firstly their was no microwave in the room which we had to ask and got it. Secondly room service was only to hand over tower - no cleaning - no tidying up - water & toiletries ( only available if you ask the lady). When asked they said we are busy at the moment and cannot accommodate request. if someone is staying in the room for 3 nights of course the place needs vacuuming and dusting without asking.
Kitchen staff who had to work on Christmas were not happy and just bashing the door , when it hit my wife as it opens inside where they keep food , he wasn't even sorry and just ignored what happened.
Food is ok but not good for vegeratian when you keep spinach with sausage and bacon with scramble

We had a lovely clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be staying again. Breakfast was beautiful and enjoyable. Would recommend them. They upgraded us due to a faulty door. The best place to stay.

Had two jobs over two days so needed a place for the night. Easy to find and book, very friendly and helpful concierge. Clean room and showers, perfect breakfast included. I got a very good nights sleep in on a comfortable bed. Best part was I had a few hours to kill before my next job and they were very happy for me to hang in their common area with access to their amenities until I needed to leave for my next job.

everuthing is good?friendly and considerabke staff? reception even held the door over 5 mins to let us go through with heavy lugages. Room is big and clean?air conditioner has fast response.
The only weak point is the noise?because our room is near the main road.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend it. The rooms were very comfortable and clean; the water pressure on the extra large rainfall showerheads was amazing, the beds were lovely, there was Netflix on the TV, buffet breakfast included, drink vouchers and even swimming pool, tennis court and half court indoor basketball etc facilities which we were pleasantly surprised to find out about. Baby cot was nice and clean with extra baby blanket provided. Convenient location too. Will definitely be coming back.

Would not recommend, to close to the highway. Single glazed windows allowing you to hear every car and truck passing, was very loud. Rooms are tidy! Bathroom is nice.

Great service, very friendly front desk and helpful breakfast staff. Large room, clean and tidy. Good bathroom. Nice simple fridge kettle etc. Good wifi. Discount and nearby pub for meals. It's a motel don't expect fancy but one of the better motels I have stayed in.

We needed a place to stay We had phoned everywhere as my brother was very sick in hospital Luckily for us they had one room available. We are so glad we booked here and definitely will stay again Staff absolutely amazing. Buffet breakfast was included in our price. The staff went the extra mile under the circumstances we found ourselves Thank you so much

Had a wonderful one night stay. Patricia the Receptionist is lovely and welcoming. Voucher provided for drinks and discount on meals at the nearby Archer Hotel. Beautiful meals.
They also have hot and cold breakfast.
The room has comfortable beds and a great shower.
We will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Very close to all amenities. These beaches too are close to this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Please fix fix the potholes!!! I had take my car for water wash for clean up. The gutter splash all over the car as couldn't see the potholes during night.

Seemed clean and neat. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Beds comfy. Air con was already on when we arrived, so didn't come into a hot room, which was much appreciated.

I minused a star though because the pool had been closed down by council and no-one from Archer notified customers. I guess they didn't want to lose bookings, but I booked specifically for the pool for my kids, who were super excited. We don't get away a whole lot, so this was a big deal for them to have a place with a pool on a hot summer day. I wouldn't have cancelled the booking, but I'd at least if I'd been notified in advance, I'd have been able to let the kids know. We were in cozzies on arrival and still weren't told, until we physically walked to the pool. Saw other people arrive in cozzies too. Heard kids running past our room later that were excitedly running for the pool too.

Look, stuff happens and pools need maintenance and that's okay. But it was poor form not to notify customers in advance, when a pool is a draw card, and it's summer holidays.

Other than that I wouldn't have had a complaint. Just give warning to customers on booking / before they show up.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our holiday at Jervis Bay for 3 nights. The rooms are very spacious, the area is very quiet, staff were very friendly and breakfast was included. I really recommend it :)

2 nights 3 days stay. Staff was good specially Josh. Rooms were fine with parking allotted for each room. Swimming pool requires cleaning, tennis court decent. Breakfast spread was good with cereals, eggs , fruits, sausages, baked potatoes/tomatoes, muffins, breads, juice and tea/coffee. Family Bistro was not great as during our stay we were not able to get anything for dinner as the chef was missing :( . Some more food option at this place will be good, but don't worry you will not miss on food. 1.3kms from the hotel you have shopping centre along with many good cafes and restaurants. Coles, Aldi, Kmart, good fish and chips option etc. cleanliness , air conditioning, toilets were good. No microwave in the room, but you have a small fridge , with 2 bottles of water and two small tetra pack of milk for tea/coffee. Electric kettle , sugar, tea/coffee inside the room. Beds were comfy but bed head requires bit of cleaning as they are made of fabric it requires fabric cleaning instead of just vaccum cleaning. You get 1 free drink with each adult, don't try to house wine it's bad. Go for beer or soft drinks. Wifi is good, Netflix available. Overall 3.5 star. Drive to main beaches of Jervis bay is 20-25 mins from this hotel . It's worth the value for money.

Rooms are fantastic and HUGE.
Grounds are a little shabby. Plants growing (and dying) in gutters and driveways are pretty bad (potholes and generally uneven).
No smoking in rooms which is the norm now, but no chairs or ashtrays outside to have a smoke at.

Do not stay here!! A very rowdy crowd sat drinking alcohol and making loads of noise outside near the pool area until 3am. Called reception at 11.30pm and they said they would address it but didn't. Nobody answered the phone after that. Felt very intimidating as the crowd sounded aggressive and most likely on drugs and were just outside our bedroom. Called the police but they didn't help either.

We would definitely stay again. The rooms look like they have been recently refurbished and were very clean. Staff were friendly, particularly Amanda at the front desk.

grose ! food for breakfast is very bad , ( Slop ) rooms out dated . dinner is at the bistro at the pub and also very bad . i was told by locals i shouldn't have stayed there and lock your doors.. didn't bother me though im a big boy but i even felt dirty staying there. . stay up at Husskison only 20 mins up the road.

only truck drivers and Bad tradie's and drunks stay here .

Had a lovely time at the nightcap hotel ?? Service was impeccable, food was fantastic and our rooms were comfy, warm and quiet. I would definitely stay again. The only downside was it was on the highway but thankfully the rooms were insulated so we barely heard any noise.

This is a conveniently placed hotel, the food at the bistro is great. Rooms are clean, well kept, and very comfortable.

Only there for a short time my family showed me their room which was large, clean had a small fridge and tea and coffee making. They have a good restaurant on-site which also delivers to their rooms. In a good location for shopping. No traffic noise in rooms so you will get a good night's sleep.

Super friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed and very clean. Large room and bathroom. Delicious coffee and hot breakfast. Definitely would stay again. Very busy over June long weekend but couldn't fault it.

Wow, did not expect the service we received when we arrived, from the moment we set foot through the door we were greeted with a very helpful gentleman with a smile, then to the room which was lovely and the bed was so comfortable, us and the children wanted another night, then to dinner the food and staff were outstanding, so helpful and friendly and so lovely to the children, then in the morning the breakfast staff again were just amazing, 5 star's to you all, i will definitely recommended this hotel and i will definitely come back, very impressive!

Great place to stop overnight. Travelling to see a relative in the area and needed a place to stay. Nightcap had very reasonable rates for pre weekend stay. Good meals in the hotel and with breakfast included in the cost well you couldn't go past it for value. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good as well. Quiet location without too much noise. Will stay again sometime soon.

Jane on reception was an angel! Arranged earlier check in, after our 11 hour drive and was so kind and thoughtful. Clean, renovated twin queen room. Very quiet. Parking, WiFi and daily breakfast.

Value for money. King plus single bed room was spacious. Breakfast was good and near by bristo serves good food.
Cons are that there was no room service and bed was not comfortable.

We stayed during our easter break. Rooms are very neat and clean. Polite and helpful staff over the reception and restaurant. There was complimentary breakfast and drinks coupon. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Overall was a good Stay, but probably need more staff or less booking around that time of the year, and as a suggestion, please add microwave to all rooms, even a cheap one, as it can come handy especially for families with little kids.Thank you though for doing your best during Christmas and holiday time.

Wonderful stay. Rooms were modern and very clean. My partner and his mum worked from their Breakfast Room all day, as I was in Nowra for work. The staff treated my partner and his mum amazingly! They were very well catered to and looked after. Thank you so much to all the great staff!

The stay in this place was awesome...They got enough space around with pool and tennis court open 24*7..The room was spacious with enough things around . The bed was the so comfortable as we had a good night sleep which means more than anything to us all !!Above all you got restaurant,pub and Dan Murphy within the premiseNone of us including kids were excluded from the enjoyment offered by this palace definitely will be back one day at least when we are due for our next sleep....

Really nice big room comfortably appointed. All facilities clean and in good condition. Big bed that initially felt soft but got a bit firm for me. Only drawback is proximity to noisy main road which was busy and being in a front room I heard it clearly.
