From the front outside looked like a run-down pub. Upon walking in, the newly renovated interior was great. Fresh look, clean, and plenty of room to sit and eat. The beer garden was great! Great place for a family. I was with a large group and all the food was very nice and pretty quick. Apart from limited parking, great venue for all occasions.

My wife and I ate here today and were very impressed. Cold beers, great atmosphere and the food was amazing. The seafood basket was delicious (and huge!).

One of my favourite restaurant especially the Tacos Tuesday special. The foods are great and plenty on the menu to choose from with reasonable price. Staffs are nice and kind.. Make sure you order your foods and drinks at the brewery counter. And the atmosphere is amazing. Would definitely recommend this place.

Had my daughter's 1st birthday in the garden and was so happy with everything generous amounts of food, service was amazing and so helpful and just beautiful gardens for families to have lunch or dinner. Definitely recommend and so happy with our event.

Going from a pub that had a bad reputation to a family-friendly, welcoming atmosphere with the BEST FOOD a pub has to offer is an understatement.
The staff are very professional, the chefs they have are outstanding, and the food they prepare for you is definitely made with love.

Affordable menu, if you haven't tried their Ribs, that is a must.. mouth watering best we have ever had.
I highly recommend that you go and visit Ambervale Pub especially for a family gathering you will not be disappointed.

Overcrowded, not well planned for those who turned up hours early only to be sat at the back. Food was good though. Lines for drinks were long and the toilets needed more regular cleaning. Bringing a band like the Radiators in was awesome, but could have been set out better.

Food was great when we visited and staff super friendly. I do hope that you will consider adding coeliac friendly food especially for the kids menu.

The food is improving here, My favourite dish is the Chiken Kebab with Rice so far.

However, I can't wait for their salmon to return, it's not currently on the menu

I've been here a few times now. The food is very good and the portions fill up the giant size oval plates they have.

The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Went with friends for dinner. Ordered the steaks, schnitzel and chicken wings. Overall it wasn't too bad at all, steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Schnitzel was ok, however a tad tough. Chicken wings weren't as tasty as they looked. Drinks were reasonably priced. Male staff were very friendly, the female staff member who took our order had a bit of an attitude though. Nice layout and very clean premises. Very nice outdoors area.

From the outside looks like a normal pub, once inside it's very very impressive. The layout of the different eating areas, inside and out is just really well planned with impressive decor. Visited with family that live locally for a party of 20 for dinner. Ordering was straight forward with the QR codes on the tables and receiving an sms when the food is ready to pick up from the kitchen. All the food we ordered was well presented and delicious. Favourites were the churrasco hanging skewer and the BBQ board. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Awesome Food/Bevys, Friendly Staff & Great Value for Money - No need to head into town for a decent feed, especially when your Local Always delivers "The Goods".

An absolutely amazing place! A very well presented establishment with a mouth watering menu.

I happened to go on a Thursday which happened to be 20 cent chicken wing night (10 wings for $2 if you purchase a drink). To my surprise the wings were great! Even the rest of the menu was very competitively priced and overall quality was top notch.

Great place. The food is very good and a great price. Woodfire pizza, chicken parmigiana, steak and the list goes on. And if your brave enough there is even a 1.6 kg steak.

The food is food price is good. It depends when you go sometimes its hit and miss. Other days it's great tasting food. Customer service has been outstanding

I gave it 4 stars for one reason only. The lack of parking.
There are only 2 disabled spots and both were taken. There was not a single parking spot left and I had to park on the road up the driveway. Their courtesy bus takes up what could be 2 more spots and there is room for it down the side. I doubt they get deliveries late on the weekend. You could risk being lock behind the gate at Aldi next door, and plenty were, but I wasn't.

Great food. Great staff. Just an overall relaxing feeling, grab a beer and relax after work.

Food is quite tasty, and portion sizes are big.

Use your dine and discover voucher. The back area where I normally look forward to spending time at is currently under renovation. Hopefully it's up and back to its peaceful space by the time summer comes around. My favourite beer is the sour one, highly recommend.

Great pub. Really good food and nice range of beers. Taco Tuesday is good value for sure. My only gripe is you have to order food at the bar, makes it a slow process.

Friday night at the Ambarvale Hotel was wonderful. Four different meals, all cooked to perfection, excellent portions and absolutely delicious. The service was efficient and friendly in the bistro area. The decor is excellent, good music and a good atmosphere. Thanks for a great dinner.

Very clean bistro. Ordered roasted cauliflower salad with a friend. My friends meal came quickly. Mine was very slow and came when my friend was nearly finished. It had only a few shreds of chicken with it. Cauliflower was dry. Rest of meal ok but too much rocket. Service was very slow. My friend gave her fish and chips 3 stars

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered food which my steak was a little undercooked but the chefs fixed for us and the staff ensured it was correct when they brought it back

The Ambervale hotel has been done quite nice, great atmosphere, decent prices and sevice was good. The reason for 3 stars is due to the food, it presented really well, however the taste wasn't too great, sauces were a little bland and the chicken schnitzels seasoning wasn't nice at all. Garlic and herb pizza could do with some salt.Otherwise, nice place.
