The Ettamogah Pub is a kid-friendly pub where the adults can enjoy some drinks and relax while the children can experience the various activities such as playing on the play equipment, using the rock climbing wall or even in the arcade. Safety is assured as harnesses are placed on the children if they go rock climbing. There is a fee for the rock climbing but the fee is worth it as it can be very exciting for the kids to enjoy. As of the menu, it includes various dishes, even some are suitable for vegetarians. Some of the options in the menu include: Veggie/beef/chicken nachos with avocado dipping sauce and sour cream, Cheeseburger with fries, Chicken schnitzel with fries and so many more options. Friendly staff and great food. The tacos is worth trying. There is a play area for kids as well. The toilets are neat and clean. There is plenty of parking as well. Overall a place to enjoy.

For the price of the food, the food is very average. I've experienced cold food multiple times, they never season chips/no salt, and the overall quality is flavourless and average. Has been for a few years now.
Service is friendly but is a bit slow, particularly when there are little to no customers. But the atmosphere is normally pretty good with a good layout.

I went to The Ettamogah for dinner and was definitely impressed tonight. I ordered off the table the Zucchini & Ricotta Pesto Pasta absolutely delicious. Was entertained by an incredible artist Rose Carleo at the same time. It was a spontaneous decision and I was thoroughly impressed

I've driven past this place countless times, always curious but never finding the opportunity to stop by. Finally, we managed to give it a try.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the overall experience. The food was good, though it didn't completely blow us away.

The atmosphere was decent, but it didn't quite capture our attention or create a lasting impression. For a Saturday afternoon visit, it didn't seem like it was busy enough.

Given the chance, we might consider returning.

Went here with some mates to chat and watch some cricket/rugby league. We sat outside and it was freezing as the heaters were too far away to impart heat on us.
Ordering food was easy by utilising a code on your table or what I did was go inside and spoke to a lovely human. So far so good.
I think I waited 10-15mins for the food to arrive. The ribs, chips and salad looked good, were well presented and hot!
The food was very nice and there was plenty of it. It was better than a certain RSL club not far away!
All in all a good experience. I didn't expect a lot from a pub where I have had poor food and service but that was in the distant past.
I certainly recommend the Ettamogah for groups, pairs, singles and families. Let's hope they don't drop the baton and keep up the great work.

Very disappointed after going their last night for mothers day dinner, our booking was at 7pm and we didn't receive our food until past 9pm! we had to go many times to the kitchen to check in we got told in 2 minutes more like over 2 hours! Others were there also complaining to kitchen wondering what happened to their order? Food was cold not all meals came out at once, poor quality on top of the wait and the kids were beyond hungry and losing it, very stressful and not what we were hoping for. No cutlery served with dessert either only good thing honestly was the cakes. Definitely needed more staff and organizational skills to cater for Mother's Day weekend. Tip jar empty which says it all.

Nice place to relax with the family, friends and kids. Plenty of parking and the hotel itself is extensive in accommodating large groups. Ordered the brisket, which wasn't too bad. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue encountered was in relation to the time that it took for the mains to arrive from the kitchen and the coffee and cakes from the cafe area. Overall I'd recommend the place.

Looks like an old shabby place from outside but has a lot to offer inside. It has multiple separated areas inside the pub with a lot of food options too. One section with big sports screen and comfortable sofas to watch the match while having a drink, other enclosed place with wider tables to enjoy with friends and family and another outdoor kind of lane with nice music and vibe. The cocktails were good and the food was decent. Hidden gem in Kellyville Ridge.

Awesome as usual, keep in mind the kitchen closed earlier than the pub itself. We went on Friday at 10.45pm and only the pizza spot was open (taking last orders) and the bar was only serving tap and wine, no cocktail. Pizza was yummy ??

We were there yesterday for the first time. Great atmosphere, family friendly, friendly and courteous staff. One thing that upset us is when we were told of the long wait > 1 hour for the food to come. Made worse by a system glitch and we had to go to the counter to check our order again. we got our food in 1.5 hours - too long. Stake was a bit of a disappointment. Prices $$$.

The steak was ok, wanted it medium rare, so I ordered it rare and it came exactly as I wanted ? I loved the pizza though. They had a healthy choice of beers which was nice. Being a sports bar it was not to loud, but ot wasn't that crowded when i was there either.

The cheesy garlic bread & eggplant parmigiana pizza were great! We also had the slow cooked pork belly which was alright. Drinks were nice. Food came quickly and service staff are friendly :-)

Came in with family yesterday (Friday) as it was highly recommended. They not wrong! food was fantastic. Had the smoked brisket, rack or ribs, wagyu steaks, pumpkin and beetroot salad and chicken wings. Everything was delicious and perfect. Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The tables all had the QR ordering facility which made life so much easier, barely had to get up at all. Can't recommend this place more highly!

Everything about this pub is on point. Food, seating, security, servers, bar staff etc. Actually went there two weeks in a row. The pork ribs absolutely delicious and same with the steaks and pasta. Last Saturday (a tad busy yet food quality and service was still phenomenal). Also went back last night (Friday). Way less busy, yet same quality food and service. Like not once were we left feeling uncomfortable by anyone even the other patrons and staff were all so super nice. Delivering food with sincere smiles and genuine friendliness and even clearing the tables with the same professionalism. The Ettamogah is now our go to pub for sure!!! even if its 20-25 mins drive from home.... definitely worth the drive!

Extremely busy, but great atmosphere. The food is pretty good for pub food.
The smoked meats dont taste very smoked though. The schnitzels are great.

Though it's quite pricey here. With the average meal around the $20 and up mark you question weather it would be any different to going to an actual restaurant. And the price of even a basic soft drink on fountain tap variety is astronomical at $5 per glass.

We had a family meet up here, my son & I were interrogated at the entry desk, no one else was that I seen,
Nice place, nice atmosphere, kids play centre room, music was playing in the outdoor area.
The food looked great, but it was terrible, the topping slid off the pizza Base, the burgers were so dry they were not edible, the pot pie was yuk, chips were dry & yuk..
A friend was here the weekend before & said it was fantastic.
What happened???
Maybe a different chef?
It wasn't cheap either.
We won't go there again.

Without a doubt one of the best pubs in terms of carpark, spacious seating arrangement (indoors and outdoors), extensive menu and very clean premises. Food portion was decent and food quality was pretty good also. In addition to this, this is one of the only venues which the table QR ordering system actually works. Very friendly staff also. Had the schnitzel which was perfectly cooked. The fries were very crunchy. The mushroom sauce flavour was interesting (didn't taste like mushroom sauce, tasted more like a blue cheese sauce for some reason). The double cheeseburger was nicer and quite filling. It wasn't sloppy at all. The stand out was actually the Ettamogoh fried chicken which was crunchy and very succulent (it could have done with seasoning and some kind of sauce though). But nevertheless it was still pretty good.

I am utterly appalled. Our first time at this venue and will be our last.
Everything was good signing in and explaining I have a mask exemption.
Upon ordering a drink at the bar, the male staff member refused to serve me as I was not wearing a mask. I showed him my medical mask exemption and he refused to look at it and still refused to serve me. So I am allowed to enter your venue but can't order drinks or food?
My biggest problem was with the staff member's attitude. Other staff members who saw my family and I leave, asked us what the problem was. We explained what happened and they all said that we could have ordered from our table without going up to the bar. I never got told this by the rude staff member.
I would suggest you train all your staff on the correct way to speak to customers and also the rules in your venue.

Such great place to try! The Ettamogah is great for everyone since they have different areas to sit and it is really cool. We have a cool time visiting there, food was great, we ordered and paid from the table which is easier and we could watch our little one playing in that cool kids area, it was fun for him. play area was very clean (very important). I love the mix of style, like old school pub and country charming. We were looking for some good time and it definitely was, worth drive 1 hour to get there and we will be visiting there again for sure!

Absolutely love this amazing place. Outdoor seating is very spacious and food is quite fresh and delicious. This place get really crowded on weekends and pretty good vibe

A pretty reliable go-to if you need a good feed, drinks, watch the game, etc. And it's kid friendly. Our visit was on a weeknight and it was pretty quiet so perhaps understandably it took a while to be able to order drinks as there was no one at the bar. Regardless, the service was friendly and the food was good. Would recommend.

For a place that is so big it manages to pull off some good food, I got a steak and thought the quality is quite good. We stopped off there for dinner after a trip back from Blue Mountains. There is a climbing wall if you're feeling energetic! I think it's worth popping in.

Great for families. The indoor playground for little kids is great! The playground backs onto a large glass window where parents can see (although with limited visibility) from the adjacent dining area. Only kids can enter this playground and there is only one entrance in and out of the play area with an attendant who looks after this - I like this set-up very much. It does cost $5 per child if you don't buy the kids meal and it is timed to 45minutes play time. There is also rock climbing for older kids which our kids didn't do. As for the food, the pizzas were great as were the milkshakes. Although the place was extra busy and tables were not being cleaned, we managed to find a table near the playground and got someone to clear the stuff away. Overall service was pleasant and lunch was enjoyable.

Good choice of food, portions are very generous. Great place to take the kids as the playground is amazing, $5 entry for playground or free with a kids meal (be sure to get your receipt to gain free entry). The rock climbing wall was a hit with our group and only $5 per person. Will definitely go again.

Friendly staff, cold beers, a more than decent dining menu, a good coffee shop, breakfast and excellent wood fired pizza. What more could you ask for? This is a good, unpretentious, a little rough round the edges suburban pub.The kids love the lamb shanks, pizza and cake and dessert options. Coupled with rock climbing facilities and weekend live music makes for a nice evening out.Would get 5 stars if I didn't think the food was priced slightly higher than it should be and if the food consistently came out on time.Recommend ordering early if its busy as the lines get longer and food takes longer than would be expected. Would definitely go back.

Design of cafe and seating area near playground doesn't make sense, dead ends and fences preventing easy thoroughfare. Can't see inside play area from the seating area but there isn't seating for parents inside, by the looks of it. Will definitely go back again to try it out properly, because the new play area looks awesome and it is air conditioned inside.

Nice place to dine out whether family couple groups alone or function. The price standard with employee discount, foods ordinary well presented great portion loved great deal for family to share just very lack on sauces and lack of dressing on the plate so foods too dried. Would be great and more enjoyable with more sauces more dressing salad just plan.

We had a fantastic meal with family (13) at the weekend. The atmosphere was great and the food superb! After 2 hours we were told to hurry up and leave (by an over enthusiasticstaff member!!) .....even though we hadn't be told there was a time restriction. Luckily the manager was lovely, and said we absolutely didn't need to rush off and we could stay as long as we liked! Just to clarify, we had bought meals for all 13 of us, buying drinks etc, so we weren't just taking up space! All in all, would definitely return!

Service was friendly, food was a bit of a let down. A bucket of "sticky wings" came with crumbed wings and a meager drizzle of sauce. Staff happily provided more sauce on the side but the impact and appeal was already lost. Lamb shanks my sister had were hearty and delicious would definitely recommend that dish (was from the daily special board). Classic chicken schnitty was juicy inside and crunchy outside.

First time in this iconic pub's bistro eatery, won't be the last.
