Great food, really well priced and old fashioned customer care service ?

We went to the club for the Sunday raffle and lunch. We have never experienced a more unfriendly club. The bar staff were the rudest we have ever encountered. The locals weren't welcoming to visitors. We travel in our caravan and play bowls at the towns we stay in. When we enquired here about playing we were not made to feel welcome to join in a game.
On a positive side the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and polite and as well the food was delicious.

Delicious food with generous serves, takeaway containers freely offered so you don't have to waste what you can't eat. The guy taking orders tonight gave great service and was very personable and entertaining.

Don't go here unless you are a local. The angry woman behind the bar hates the tourists that help to keep this club afloat. Employees like her are responsible for sending small clubs like this to the wall.

Rudest blonde woman behind the bar, whatever your name is, learn respect, don't talk to customers like they are pieces of garbage. Maybe it's time for you to not do a customer service role.

Typical country club, 'Jack High' Chinese /Australian restaurant was very good. Plenty of Gluten Free options reasonable prices

To be honest when I order laksa in Australia I know I am taking a risk. Most Australian Asian cuisine is not authentic. Well certainly not in regional Australia. So imagine my surprise to order laksa in Gloucester and find out it was more than acceptable. The guy taking the order did not know if it was Singapore laksa or Malay laksa. It was called curry mee so that says a lot but it looked more like Singapore laksa. They have a lunch menu with a lower price but not lower quality. If the quality of this meal represents the standard I can recommend the Asian food highly.

Unfriendly bar staff, the food for me was not enjoyable. A family member ordered the cutlets , so dried out , couldn't eat it, vegetables served on top of salad. The chicken thia chilli , dry and un eatable. I would never go there again. Waste of money.

Had my husbands 70th catered by restaurant,. Everyone had a great night and food was excellent. Nothing was a problem. Can thoroughly recommend the club for a function.

Bowls Pennant trial, the men played on the synthetic green in the rain for about 3hrs, nice club very friendly people. Look forward to travelling there again.

My partner and I had dinner and the food was absolutely beautiful. was actually the best meal I have had out in a very long time. Will definitely be going back
