I've been a member here for over 20 year. I attended a raffle in October and Ii pointed out to the lady drawing the raffle that she made a mistake. She had given away a dinner prize to the same person but it was not to go to them as she read the same number again(no additional number was drawn) I was spoken to like I was Trash!, She said if you're not happy, take a screenshot Love! She then directed me to her supervisor and I was told to let it go otherwise she will complain to management. I was then told by 3 other people that I was Right!. Even the Supervisor came up and said, guess what?, you were right. I have put in a complaint to management and they replied that they will look into it and get Back to me. It's been 4 weeks now, no follow up. I haven't been back since as i was appalled with the way i was spoken to by the lady drawing the raffle.

A very friendly welcome on entry from Leanne at the front desk. Also a special thanks to Adelaide & Austin who were fantastic servers all night. Highly recommend!

Drinks in the bar were nice and cold. Chinese restaurant was great. We had vegetables spring roll for entree. Special fried Rice, crispy skin duck in plum sauce, szuschan beef and creamy garlic prawns. All delicious! 😋😋😋

Main event is family and it has the comfort to cater for all which is the couch in the centre of the bowlo comfy and cosy top spot..

Had lunch there today, excellent menu selection, clean premises friendly staff, ample undercover parking, overall satisfaction rating, 5 star

Great club.. delicious food especially at the wildflame restaurant

I liked going here when billabong was there.. we tried the ine of the new restaurants Bunga Raya.. tasted like frozen reheated and my allergy to MSG kicked in even though we were told they didnt use MSG.. will try Wildflame Barbaque next time as a fee friends said it is much better...

Just recently joined. Social Member $6 per year. Lovely Club. An Asian restaurant Bunga Raya, Wildflame Barbarque & Bar & Griffins Cafe 147. Food was good. Great kids play area. Nice bright Club & Friendly Staff. Really enjoyed it.

Fun new play area for kids. In a. Ice area out of the way from most people. We got food from the Cafe area which was okay. It wasn't bad but it was just slightly disappointing. There is also a Chinese place and a BBQ place. If we go back I'd choose something from there instead.

I wish that they had adjusted their air con for the huge crowd on Saturday night, 11th Feb. Also after dinner finishes about 8:30pm why is it that some of the 500 plus lights in the dining area cannot be turned off? Great band shame about the heat and excessive light.

Lovely spacious bowling club. Staff very Friendly and helpful. Food delicious and reasonably priced.
Only complaint was the music was too loud. Lady in restaurant had it turned down for us but why is any music necessary!!

The new Asian restaurant is over priced and very poor quality.4 squash ball sized dim sim 12.50 disgusted.
If you are reading this please take notice do not go here unless you have a credit card!
Go to a Chinese restaurant and enjoy your fix there. Your welcome

The food is good there was a mixup with our dinners but all in all a pretty good night.

Sorry to say but attended wildflame for lunch ..it was dreadful pork belly was very dry and way to salty ...salad was limp and not edible.
Nachos... chips were soggy again way to much salt meat consisted more beans than meat which was very dry ...very disappointed staff were notified...not much feedback ? won't be back

The shuttle pickup was great. Unfortunately the Chinese meal was not. They forgot my meal and when I got it 15 minutes after rest of table and it was not nice. The waiters/waitress were running around the restaurant, not at all adding to a relaxing environment.
The band was so loud we could not hear each other talk, great if your at a night club but not while your attempting to have a meal with friends.
Based on this experience I won't be back, but if your looking for a good loud band, dancing and drinks this would be your scene.

I had lunch yesterday from the cafe, well it took half an hour to get the pork roast
Which would already have been cooked in advance, my partner received his lunch in approximately 20 mins.
After complaining I finally got my meal and it was cold, must have been sitting in the kitchen for quite some time. In saying that there were no other customers, had they had been busy I would have understood.
Staff in the cafe need to learn people skills and a smile would be nice.
I will never order from the cafe again was a big disappointment.

Went to Wildflame restaurant. Excellent value. Food is exceptional. Some nice cocktails. Would highly recommend.

New resturant with smoked meat was great. Service was awesome, will be back again with the family. Missed 5 stars as the BBQ smoked brisket was a little dry.

My visit was to the amazing restaurant Bunga Raya. With a number of nearby quality places to dine, this is at least their equal. The food and its presentation are wonderful. Dining is comfortable and well fitted out. The staff are friendly and efficient. You deserve to able to experience as soon as you can.

Now I know why we hardly go there, the place is dead. Even when there is good entertainment

Food was good, portions small. Service surly, We were 2 couples, on business. Were refused separate bills. (These are tax deductable meals) Would not recommend this dining experience to anyone.Ambience, non existent.

Excellent Club. Friendly staff. Really good for anyone with mobility restrictions. You can drive and drop and pick up under cover. All totally level access.

Very nice. Clean and safe. Better when new restaurant opens.

This would undoubtly be one of the most horrible club I have ever visited. Very rude staff and when complaining to management they try and cite you to talk to their board of directors. Do yourselves a favour, give this place a miss. Its just shocking.
