Warren and Kay Skinner, as owners of the Iconic Pier Hotel, have a big vision for the much-loved Pier Hotel in Coffs Harbour – to fully restore the Hotel with a balance of modern and architectural features, beautifully blending the old with the new.

They have paid great attention to refurbishing the Hotel to both showcase the original vintage, boutique and coastal warmth and to create a wonderful place to stay, enjoy a meal and share a laugh with friends. They believe by taking this rejuvenation and restorative approach with their design, it will provide much interest and enjoyment for guests and the city alike.

Already their Boutique rooms have been a major success, with an overwhelmingly positive response from guests who have stayed there. The Cellar Lounge has really hit the mark too, bringing a little bit of Melbourne bar scene to the Jetty.

What’s on at the pier

The Pier Hotel also intends to expand on their design style throughout the Sports bar and Lounge bar areas in the coming years, allowing a first class finish and aesthetic appeal second to none on the Coffs Coast.

The Pier has provided a constant live music presence in Coffs Harbour with Bands on EVERY Friday and Saturday nights. Combined with our excellent food offering in our Bistro and excellent Tab and Gaming facilities The Pier has earned its claim of being the “locals local”.
