Could of been better

We had room 432 and we had a few issues. 1. Coffee stains on the carpet between the sofa and the coffee table. 2. Air-Conditioner had a broken vane on vent and the filters were choked up. Husband took a photo of the condition and the compressor on the balcony was dripping and the water was not even going in the drain. It went everywhere else. 3. Clothes Dryer - could only put 6 large items into dry at a time and took all morning to dry all our washing. Also the filter was not cleaned and kept falling off. We had to adjust it ourselves.

Most facilities were generally included in the apartment. One of the most important facilities in a hotel is access to charging outlets for your phone, watch and other electronics. In the Mantra, myself and friend had to charge our phones etc in the living room and my friend in the kitchen. In addition, the shower pressure was not great and it can be a hazard climbing in and out of a bath to shower. My friend due to limited ability, had to shower at her local leisure centre.
