Ordered a vege burger and received a meat burger. The replacement vege burger was cold including the chips that were clearly not replaced.

After several years of going here (and being a member), tonight will be our last.
Went for an evening meal, which was a bad experience from start to finish.
We queued up at the bar area, as there was someone being served in front of us. Patiently waiting to be served, someone casually jumps the queue and orders a drink (what we were trying to do). After they leave, I politely ask the lady behind the bar (Maree) why she served the person who jumped the queue first - she informed me that priority was given to the queue jumper as they were playing bowls!
I explained that we were waiting to order a meal and queried why one member would have priority over another but we were given no apology at all, she simply justified the action of the other member without hesitation. Zero care given and very rude.
After that interaction, we entered the dining area and went to order our meal. 10 minutes later, the food arrived, one meal correct and the other meal incorrect. The guy brought both meals to the table, and when he was informed that one meal was incorrect, he looked at us as if it was our fault. I asked him to take the food away and requested the food that we ordered. He left the table, rolled his eyes and went to speak to the person that had taken our order. After a brief exchange, they went to the kitchen. A further 10 minutes later, the second meal arrived, which was what we ordered.
We ordered chicken schnitzel's (Wednesday specials). I'm not sure what has changed over the last few months (chef?) but the food has gone down hill. It used to be much better.
What should have been a nice night out was ruined by rude and seemingly inexperienced staff who frankly have next no customer service experience.
Always love to support a local business but it will be our last visit here.

Lovely atmosphere, food was delicious 😋 & well presented at a very reasonable price. My friends & I had a very pleasant Saturday afternoon spent there.

Both my husband and I had Chicken Parma's , and we must say ,huge credit to the chef, it's was the best Chicken Parma we have had, will definitely go back .

The worst pizza I've eaten in my life! Almost all the other food appears out of a frozen packet and heated up before serving and almost all of it is fried! Drinks are pricey, $13 for a CAN of Canadian club and dry? Stay away! There are so many better venues for pub food in the Yarraville/ Footscray area.

We had a catch up with friends that we grew up together over the last 70 years,much better catching up here than at funerals,that is why we come to the Yarraville bowling club,this is about the 5 to 7 years we have been getting together.

Great everything ... great food and quick service ... welcoming environment ... great bar service ... great place for drinks with friends

Good pub style menu, runs a good trivia night on Tuesdays.
The regular menu outside of the specials is on the pricier side but I suppose that's unavoidable these days, still good staff and a good kitchen!

Great meals and good atmosphere. Probably the best parmigiana in Yarraville, cooked fresh, great ingredients and cooked to perfection. Loved the vibes and witnessing chef Anuz in action and then being able to enjoy the risotto of his creation. Overall, a beautiful dining experience with top notch service by staff, will definitely come again. Highly recommend.

Great service and food. Best calamari we have had. Staff were wonderful both friendly and most helpful.

My partner & I both ordered dishes with chips. The young waitress came to ask my partner if he wanted ketchup. She completed ignored me like I didn't exist. My partner said "yes", and I thought she will bring ketchup for the table. She got the ketchup, and put it near the table's edge on my partner's side, for him exclusively.

I was surprised, and then I looked around the venue and realised that I was the odd man out. I was the only person who is not Anglo-looking. Everyone in the venue is white Anglo. It would be illegal for them to advertise the venue as "whites only"; so I guess by making me unwelcome, they are making a point?

I then requested for ketchup; and it took a very long time for it to come out. You would think that pouring ketchup shouldn't take more than a minute. It was at least 5 minutes. Goodness knows what they put in my ketchup. I didn't use it. They later brought out my dessert, and I left it on the table without touching it. I don't trust them. The young waitress could've spat on it for all I know.

I guess I should say sorry to disturbing the racial harmony of the venue. Great place if you want an exclusively White Anglo venue to go in the multicultural Inner West of Melbourne.

We had a family reunion here a few weeks ago with about 60 people attending & I found the venue perfect! The staff were brilliant in particular Kathy/Cathy who looked after us on the day. The meals were great & everything ran smooth. Really pleased with the day, we'll definitely be back for our next reunion in January.

Great club feel, with good food, TAB and pokies which aren't for me but they have them. Comfortable deck to sit on and watch the rinks in action. Only thing would be drinks are very expensive, like way more then other bowls clubs I go to.

Feels like a country town venue. Good meals and prices. Very friendly helpful staff. Seniors meals too.

We used to love going here, the food was well priced and delish! But now, service is sad and food is awful and well over priced!
Entree pork belly - gone from 3 pieces to 1 and so over cooked it is inedible
Seafood pasta- more pasta than actual dressing, to just fill the plate
And when we ask why the seniors calami has nothing in it like no calamari - we get told that it's cheap so you get fed cheap frozen food.
Do not recommend!

The kids area is always out of order or not working. The customer service from most staff is non existent. Went there to celebrate a birthday and we were all left really unhappy with the meals. The place has gone downhill big time. Sad because it has such potential and we used to enjoy going there.

Lovely service. Lovely food. Just a lovely time in general. Came in with my parents and it had a really nice vibe to it. Nice and calming but felt involved with everything. Special shout out to Alexandra for the exceptional service and chat as well. We are a bit of a talkative table.

This place has a very big outdoor area with nice aesthetics, and the building itself looks like it is going to be tiny inside - however it is quite big in size and on cold nights, the temperature inside is so warm and cosy. Lovely customer service too and plenty of parking !

Friendly staff. Was a tad too hot inside. It was a cold day but heaters were on too high. We were there for our good mates post funeral goodbyes. Staff were very accommodating

Venue has a great setup. Deck is brilliant and good to watch bowls or just have a drink.

Only negative is the pokies which I'm personally not a fan of and take away from the atmosphere of the place.

The food is excellent and well priced. The specials are the hidden gems of the menu.
Great atmosphere and the staff are lovely, and the bowling greens are elite.

We had a work event here playing barefoot bowls. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and made sure we were all very well looked after throughout the afternoon.

I can't believe they ran out of milk so no coffee at 8:30 and are open till midnight very poor, they could have sent someone to get milk when they ran out.The meal was good.
