I brought my family here and we all love the dining experience with a well-cooked steak and a welcoming atmosphere. The kids definitely had a blast.

Came in on a Friday evening, with my partner and our todfler, the service was excellent. Food was tasty with huge portions and the drinks were great. Food came out pretty quickly there was even a play space for the kids! . All the staff were friendly, and helpful. Will definitely be back

We booked the terrace area for a wake for around 50 people. We had ordered platters, tea & coffee etc. Robbie and the team were so helpful and just awesome, not only did we arrive a hour early there was about 100 people. They catered for us all and went above and beyond for us. Thank you

Wanted to celebrate Mums 80th birthday. Robbie, one of the managers, helped so much. Mum had a wonderful time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was good and I was very happy with how everything turned out.

Food was good but the service was amazing. Jaymee went above and beyond for our family which made our experience so much better. Plus the raspberry long island iced teas were amazing.

The food was amazing and the service exceptionally good. The kids area needs a deep clean it's disgusting and the ladies bathroom was pretty disgusting too. Resembled a truck stop bathroom, needs a deep clean too

This is our go to place for cheap but great meals. Our family loves this place.

They have varieties of meals like seafood, pizza, burger, steak etc. There are heaps of options for kids and vegetarian or fussy eaters too.

The place is quite small so booking is a must.

The staff are all very friendly, cheerful and so very helpful.

Staff are helpful and courteous. They did not give me the impression of why am I here. Food was good. And the place was clean and well lit. Not to noisy. Some places feel the need to have the music blaring. Would recommend this for others and groups.

Great food with very generous portions so the prices are very reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have going regularly as we've never been disappointed

We were a table of 8 for lunch yesterday. The meals are huge! My daughter (who is a Chef) said her steak was cooked perfectly, and everyone else loved their meals too very happy thank you 😊

We meet here once or twice a year and always enjoy our visits.

It was okay for a quick bite. Main room where we ate had an awful smell around the bathroom nearby. Ribs were okay but the coleslaw was very watered down. The pie was pretty good and the pizza was fairly nice. Chicken karage smelled weird.
We ordered 3 drinks, which didn't turn up for some time and when they did seemed to be mostly ice. Probably about 200ml of coke in my pint.

food was good, beer was cold, but the service was slow, staff didnt look happy to be at work

Had a lovely meal. Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Meals were as ordered, looked great and tasted great. Ordering was easy on the app. Will return again.

Amazing staff, food quality is fantastic.. unfortunately thinking about not coming back as on the last few visits I've experienced other patrons smoking joints. I have a toddler and it is not safe for her anymore. Sad really because it's one place in Wynnum that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Good portions. Prices seem to be in line with other restaurants we have been to. Will definitely be going back.

We actually had a discussion with staff about cooking the steak correctly whether I should order medium or medium well we decided medium to make sure it had some color because at medium well they would probably overcook it there were three steaks on the table out of five that were well cooked there was no color left.
All ordered medium only 2 were medium.
Ongoing problem lots of places 🙏🤣🙏😉✌️

The meal was good but a cook should be able to cook to the correct level unless it's their first day.
It was not too busy either so pressure should not be an excuse.

Also please make sure there are plenty of paper menus available as I like many others don't like this scanning things and trying to look at menus on small phones to relax we like to leave our phones in the car and at home sometimes so not a good system shouldn't have wasted the money on it

We hosted our wedding reception on The Terrace here, and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was excellent, and the service was unbeatable. We had a large group and the staff were all attentive, patient and accommodating. They allowed us to power an oxygen tank and provided an extension cord, served a LOT of amazing drinks, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great night. The venue was also modern and well kept- we had a very comfortable time there.

Went to the tavern for the ufc 265 fight and was well looked after . Great drink promos especially for the jugs. You don't see that anymore so the boys and I were wrapped. Great food and service also and a real upbeat vibe which was great for the fights and the big screen in the bistro was the cherry on top. Well done Wynnum Tav, we'll all be back there for the next one 😎

Have to give this venue 5 stars. We dined there Saturday night and the Wynnum mix was awesome not to mention the surf and turf. We always get consistently great fresh steaks there and everyone we have dealt with from the staff are always too happy to please which makes it easy to choose there and also coz the kids are happy too. Well done Wynnum Tavern, best on ground as usual :)

Hands down the best steak meal I've ever had. We're regulars here and everytime we order the meals are delicious. Massive portions, fairly priced and staff are awesome. Their mushroom sauce is my absolute fave and the chef and the workers are incredibly friendly. 1000000% recommended.

We have been coming back here for just over a year now and the place is always inviting. Food is always up to standard and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and always seem to go out of their way to fix a problem or help with issues. The manager seems to know nearly everyone which you don't see anymore. Keep up the good work WT.

I live in the area my partner and I wanted to eat steak so we thought we should try this place out, the staff redirected us to the restaurant area and they just gave the menu and left we waited over 30 minutes for someone to check on us or to see if we were ready for our order , no one came you guys had no customers besides the three ladies that were drinking in the corner not once anyone came out to assist us , we were pretty much the only ones in the restaurant my partner started getting angry and wanted to speak to someone in charge but I told him we should leave cause obviously they didn't want our money so we just walked out.

Thank you for accepting our large last min booking for my sons 12th birthday. Our family had a great time - service was great, although a member of our party had an issue with their meal your team fixed it up right away. Everything was not too much trouble and found staff friendly and accommodating.
