The portions of food are huge . But the flavour wasn't there. An only had so much to choose from they run out and this was at 7pm . Friendly staff. But not sure if I will return sorry.

Our first time there, it won't be our last! Food is amazing and gigantic portions, you will need a doggy bag. So fresh, and yummy. Prawns are huge. We have travelled alot of places in Australia and this is the best by far.

The best currie prawns with rice I've had in ages for $12.00 can't go wrong

$12 lunches are great, sweet and sour pork had ALOT of onion served with it and was very sweet. Fried rice was good.

The 3 times I've eaten there awful. Chips ,bacon and egg roll ,garlic bread very nice .not doing hamburgers anymore ,when I asked why it was still on the menu ,was rude and said order something else.Waited an hour and half for soup

Good food Asian and Australian, prices good, Large servings, didn't have to wait for meals, happy to give you a doggy bag and you will probably need one. You will leave satisfied and want to go back, Very obliging.

Had chicken & cashew.
Sooooo yummy & huge. Took half home for next day. All meals at my table were excellent. Most had chinese but one had chicken snitty & the other had lamb cutlets which looked delish.

Today I ordered a few lunch specials, honey chicken, Mongolian beef and stir fry vegetables all with fried rice for $12 each. The meals were 5 stars. The food was fresh and very tasty. The tubs were extra large not the small lunch specials like other Chinese restaurants in the area. I highly recommend giving them a go you won't be disappointed!!

We love going and visiting Kenneth and the staff for a beautiful Chinese meal, well priced and definitely get more then your moneys worth in the portion size! We've also had the lamb cutlets there multiple times and it never disappoints. Would recommend

Great service. Absolutely the best cooking in our region. The size of the servings is so gigantic. You will have a doggy bag for you fridge and it's all fresh food. None of that frozen food. Ken as we call the Cheff is in his calling doing his dream in in this wonderful club. So if you in or near Western in the Hunter Valley give the Western Workers Club a try. You won't regret your decision.

A fantastic meal and huge, the staff were great didn't have to wait long for the food, the area could do with a make over, no atmosphere, but definitely will be back ??'?

The staff there are very welcoming I found, helpful and friendly.
The miners lamp restaurant make great food, we had Chinese menu and had to take half of it home, large servings and very fresh n tasty.
Membership is only $5 annually and that will get you discounts and into club draws.

We held our mothers 80th birthday there on the weekend and all ran like clockwork. The meals flowed out steadily and were delicious. Considering we had a group of 35 and the rest of the restaurant was filled due to rock and roll night the staff never missed a beat. Thank you miner's lamp restaurant and bar staff for making our special occasion a night to remember.

Huge portion and delicious food, plus friendly Chef. We unanimously agreed that the pork ribs in Peking sauce is a MUST TRY! It was absolutely amazing; so tender and flavourful! The Mongolian lamb hot plate (not in photo) was great too. What a brilliant find in Weston!

This place is a must to go to. The Chinese meals are absolutely delicious. And such big servings. I'll definitely be back
