We had a great stay there rooms were clean and tidy plenty of space the lady at the counter was very friendly and very helpful gave us abit of information of what to go and do around the town of whyalla ended up going over to the restaurant for dinner had the oysters kilpatrick for and starter the surf and turf and the seafood feast all meals were delicious and the service was great
Had a continental in the morning plenty to choose from continental meal was part of the deal for the room would fully recommend and would stay there again

Went to this venue for an 8 ball event. The bar staff were amazing and worked so hard to in sure everyone was happy. The food.... well my partner got food poisoning 🤮 on the first night from the spare ribs. Sunday nights dinner... ran out of dinner rolls and the meat was disgusting 🫣 not eatable

We had a very tasty dinner, of marinara pasta and a veggie and haloumi stack. Both were absolutely delicious.

Kids are well catered for with colouring in supplied, as well as a drink and ice cream with their meal. Also, quite a few options for the kids to choose from

First class Hotel in all aspects.
The restaurant has good menu choices, with beautifully cooked food. Staff are just great.

It was the cold shower on Sunday morning that ruined my experience. I reported it on check out that morning. The lady at reception said she would let them know. I invited her to test the water temperature in the room - she declined. No word back. Not even an acknowledgement, let alone an apology. That room was not cheap at $180 per night. I'm gobsmacked that the guests would be left with no hot water for something as basic as a shower. Anyway- done and dusted. I thought I'd avoid this review until I'd heard something back - and yet here we are.
