Went to the restaurant lovely meal very well priced and super delicious, lamb shank $26,salmon $28 & Tuesday night was 2 for 1 snitzel night. The lady on the register was very nice.

This is a great choice if you're not sure where to go or what vibe you're looking for. Semi isolated areas from the bar/pub section to semi formal dining area to outdoor dining area. Love it!

Had a great afternoon function out the back. Food was plentiful, hot and fresh. Beer was cold and staff were very helpful and quick to assist.

A top feed the fella's look forwards to every Friday... Sometime more often than that...

I had my 50th here last night & it was just amazing. The service was absolutely outstanding the food just beautiful. Even the young lady behind the bar at my function just awesome. Highly recommend The Western Star. Thank all of you fir your amazing work

I highly recommend having a function at the Western Star Hotel. From the communication organising my birthday party to the amazing customer service and catering served on the night I couldn't fault anything. Thank you guys so much for holding my special night at your venue I will definitely be booking you again for any functions in the future!

We had to unfortunately plan a wake. Western Star were so helpful, friendly and made it so easy for us. Literally just had to pick food and pay. They did the rest. Great private space & the play ground for the kids was a winner. We are very grateful.

a friend and i were passing through town very late and it was the first pub we found . so went in for a feed . the staff greeted us nicely letting us know the kitchen would close soon . there menu has great choices but there specials are very hard to go past ! i went the cheesy garlic bread and the t-bone special . (only $20 for the steak ) food arrived before i could finish our first drinks and the meals were excellent. steak was cooked as ordered and the Diane sauce was beautiful . the chips would have to be the best ive had in years . top pub that i will be eating at again without a doubt ??'?

There was a bit of a snafoo with the reservation but it got sorted quickly. The food was really good value for money and was some of the best for I've eaten in Dubbo. Great place to go for dinner and their daily deals are also pretty amazing

The ATTIC BAR located at WesternStar HotelDubbo is a bit of a hidden gem. Had a fab time there last night and when they start making Bloody Mary's I'll been there new best friend. I tried 5 different cocktails? and they were all so yummy ?. Next time you're at the ?? pop up and sample a few you won't be disappointed. It's a cool spot with a good vibe it's got a few lounges around in separate areas and open spaces for dancing for partying and a beautiful balcony where if you happen to smoke you can. I often part to take a schooners or two in the main bar which is the only bar left where you are able to sit at in Dubbo.

Nice Hotel, Great Atmosphere, Happy staff and friendly. I had a fish and chips with salad. Was presented well in a quick time and was very nice tasting fish,chips and salad. Will be happy to return.

Went there for mother's Day. Food wasn't up to its normal standard. Probably because of high numbers. Staff doing a really good job.
