Went here on 2 nights, Sunday and Tuesday. We ordered the same meals - cutlets x 2, and sirloin. On Sunday, we asked for the cutlets not to be overdone and for the sirloin to be rare. The cutlets were overdone and the sirloin came out medium. Still, the meals were fine. On Tuesday (different cook) we told her of Sunday's experience and asked the same - not overdone and rare. Both meals came out perfect. Yay! We congratulated her on her culinary skills. :) BTW Both times we had the mushroom gravy which is not shown on Tuesday's photos (they came after the photo was taken). All the staff, upstairs and in the dining room, were super friendly. Easy "booking in" system for visitors at the receptions desk - just scan some ID.
