Dear Tooradin Sports Club,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our recent visit to your venue for a special occasion.
Positive Aspects:
* The meals were delivered in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated, especially since we had children in our group.
* The waitstaff were pleasant and attentive, contributing positively to our overall experience.
* Despite the venue being fully booked with a function, your team managed to accommodate our reservation for 25 people efficiently.
Areas for Improvement:
* Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. The meals were served cold, and the chicken, in particular, was not up to the usual standard we have come to expect from your venue.
* We spent a total of $1,000, and given our frequent visits and the amount spent, we were disappointed with the food quality on this occasion.
* During our visit, we were seated near the function room. We were approached by function visitors and asked to lower our noise level, despite being paying customers. This request came after we were already informed that the function room guests needed quiet, which seemed unfair and inconvenient coming from other guests of the function.
* Additionally, another function guest came out to reprimand us about noise levels shortly afterward, which negatively impacted our experience, as we were simply enjoying a family celebration, you had multiple groups near this function area, and absolute no one should be told to shut up when enjoying a nice chat in a venue with everyone talking over others. Not only were my guests impacted, other groups sitting nearby us also were.
Given these issues, we are reconsidering our future visits to your venue. We also plan to share this experience with our community groups in the hundreds as this experience has been awful.
