Our family enjoyed the best meal here. Great setting, friendly service, and the best menu selection around. (Very happy about finding Zoodles on the menu.)

Fantastic meal across the whole table. My lads are parmi connoisseurs and rated them top notch.
All meat's sourced locally and veggies are market fresh.
Hosts were friendly and knowledgeable.

It was lunch time so we turned into the next town hoping to find a place to eat. Wow! We would never have expected to find this gem out here.
We had the Creamy Seafood Marina with chilli linguine and the kids (for big and small) Chicken Tenderloins and chips. Delicious and portions were more than adequate (yep, we had leftovers).
Recently renovated but keeping the 'old school' beers on tap is a winner!

We had the best time out for dinner at the CCH with great hosts. The warm bread rolls while we waited for our meals was such a nice gesture, the amazing meals - the steak was cooked perfectly and delicious and the homemade desserts were to die for. The renovations and the murals are a credit to them. The whole experience was fantastic. Would recommend every one to make a visit, you won't be disappointed.

If you search Tooleybuc on Wikipedia you get a lot of nonsense about bridges and football teams. What the page should be about is the Country Club Hotel. I had been driving 10 hours before this mana from heaven appeared before my weary eyes. We ordered roast of the day (lamb) and a surf and turf scotch fillet. Everything they serve here is sourced within 250km and the only thing frozen is their chips. They brought us locally baked bread with salt and olive oil and when our meals came out everything was cooked wonderfully. The 277 residents of this town have struck gold, this place is hands down the best country pub I've been to.

Great old fashioned country pub, with good food, pies are a specialty. Nice small dining rooms with open fires. Probably best to book on weekends as it is popular

Their new restaurant is amazing. I've paid twice as much for highly rated restaurants in Melbourne that would be easily beaten by the Tooleybuc hotel. My only regret was not coming through during lunch hour because their lunch menu looks even more appetizing.
If you're passing through and have the option you should choose to stop in Tooleybuc just to visit here.

Was here several years ago and was a funky country pub, nicely laid out etc. Now, it is all white painted exterior, interior, polished concrete floor and impossible to hear a conversation without shouting. Place has really gone downhill atmosphere wise. Bonus point? Beer was cold.

Absolutely fabulous staff.
we were well looked after and well fed with yummy pizza while 4 adults and 4 kids waited for help to arrive after our caravan broke down just on the other side of the bridge.

6/5 stars for hard working staffs on a Boxing Day. 3/5 stars for an interesting concept. That is why I give 4 stars.

Although the waiting time has been a bit long due to a busy Boxing Day, staffs have been under the pump and even cannot spare a second. Thank you for your hard work on a public holiday!

One only thing that particularly impress me is that the baby's change table is only located in the Ladies, and there's no baby change table in the male toilet. This concept really interests me as I do believe that daddy can be very supportive for the young family.......

Great pub! Good food, good prices, free drink on arrival because we were staying at the local motor inn. Perfect overnight stay really, what a great little town...

We didn't stay but we had lunch at the pub. It is beautifully renovated. The meals were the best l have had at a pub in a long time. The service was great and the girls very friendly. Strongly recommend the pub for a very enjoyable meal

They have just done a makeover of the hotel. My wife and I had dinner there last night. We were welcomed by very friendly staff. A very large range of food. I recommend the spare ribs, beautiful. Lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Good meals from a well run country pub, we only had a meal and a few drinks, but reasonably well done. Very friendly and helpful staff, kitchen able to cater for food allergies and open till 8:30 so great for travellers. The front bar & dining room have been refurbished so is fresh and bright.

Great food, nice new facility and really friendly people.

The food is very good however the accommodation is dirty. When we stayed there my partner slept on top of the bed as the sheets were dirty. A party went on all night down the end of the passage as well. But, as the owner said "It is an OLD hotel"....

It's been a few years but I've always meant to go back. I arrived one night after my car had broken down on the way and they were kind enough to make me up a pizza even though the kitchen had closed. Food was good, and the owners were great. Would definitely recommend.

Dropped in for a drink. Owner was knowledgeable about the area very friendly. If your passing stop in for a drink or meal at night these places are hurting

Came in late, got delicious pizza, local craft beer and heartwarming hospitality! Even our dog got some treats on the way out!

Very average as far as hotels go..but they do try their best.

Fantastic food, with a great view of the bridge and river bank! Owners were so lovely, even offering printing our permits for us and giving us a cheeky Xmas port at the end of our meal! Highly recommended spot when coming through this way :)

Delicious food (including vego options) right next to the river with good beer and port! Staff couldn't be more lovely - they even printed out border permits for us. We will definitely be back.

The friendliest staff and owners you'll find anywhere. A true family pup... It's like you're sitting in their loungeroom ?. I had a week's worth of meals, tasty, hearty cooking. Definitely putting this place on the map for when I'm travelling from home to Melbourne or Adelaide in the future.
