I wouldnt recommend doing any work or selling product to this pub before payment.

The owner Phil refused to pay his bills and which will now be settled by debt collectors, bad way to do buisness in a small community ??'?

Wow.... I don't know how my 1 star review has so many people agree yet some people can still give it 5 stars. I wish I took photos of the mould on the umbrellas in the beer garden, it made me feel sick. The service was below average and $15 a pint for a mid strength in a country pub forced me to not even consider a second even tho I was on hot, thirsty and in holiday mode.... this place has potential but needs more than a makeover..... don't believe any photos online unless posted recently....

Delicious food, quick service. Friendly staff. We ordered 2 pizzas, & 2 parmas, all delicious and fresh. Chips perfectly crisp! Nice atmosphere, however the menu is slightly limited but don't let it scare you away! They are delicious, classic options

Horrible food and service ridiculous prices. A jug of coke is 16 dollars AND you get to watch them poor it into the jug out of a 4 dollar coke bottle. They gave us 1 cherry tomato each in our salads and the 5 chips I got on my plate were as thin as shoe laces. Beef snitz was fatty and over cooked couldn't even eat it. And the menu was hand written with incorrect spelling on everything hard to read DO NOT RECCOMEND

Not the best pub food, in fact it was probably the worst pub food I've ever had. Drove 45 minutes to have a change from the Xmas food. Not worth the trip or th prices that were charged.

Ordered our meals at 7pm when the pub was quiet. Only 6 people in the bistro at the time. at 8pm we asked where our meal was, only to be told that they had lost our ticket order in the mess in the kitchen... Asked for refund and went across the road to the Tattersalls hotel which was very busy and had a meal at our table in 15mins!!!

Great value, super cute room and food at the hotel was delicious. The old building is charming and welcoming.
Would highly recommend adding it to your good value visits on your next road trip.

Walked in got a table over kings bday weekend, ordered off the extremely small menu, waited a while then lady came out and told us they have run out of Snitzel, we all reordered something else, she told us she would work out the difference in the money, waited a while for that to happen next minute she put the money on the table and said you work it out amongst yourselves I have a headache, and walked off We got our food ate half of it and left, was very disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting service.
Staff unfriendly and unprofessional, meals were less than average.....when they do come out. Witnessed customers turned away and totally gave us faulty towers vibes, just not in a funny way at all. Real shame as the location could make this hotel a winner.

wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. visited today. ordered 2 chicken parmas. waited over an hour to receive our food, the crumbing was burnt upon cutting into both of them they were still extremely raw and pink inside!

asked one of the staff where I could change my toddlers nappy was told they don't have one most people use the booth table closest to the female toilets in the bistro to change on the booth seat but that table was taken so I'd have to change her in the corner of the bistro on the floor. extremely appealing and unhygienic!! will be reporting to the local health department on Monday!

Great pub meals. Very good service, friendly staff and good simple pub food. Lovely cold beer on tap. Apple cider also fabulous. Check out the casual Beer garden out the front, under the shade of huge palm trees. Lovely place to grab a casual dinner. We'll done the The Palms

Chilling Sunday Vibes, great atmosphere, friendly staff, cold beer & great wine. Hubby had the steak burger & me the homemade Lasagne chips & salad, absolutely spot on, steak melted in is mouth, Was so good we interrupted chef quickly to thank him, you maybe short on staff but it didn't feel that way, bar service was friendly & immediate and we didn't wait long at all for our meals.
We will be back for sure

Jeff, Adam, Michelle & Amanda were amazing at looking after us and our party of 15! They all went above and beyond and we highly reccomend The Palms for a lovely dinner with a true country town hospitality.

Oh the breakfast was AMAZING YUM, YUM!!!! D'LISH!!!!! bacon aplenty and poached eggs cooked to perfection. ??

The rooms are adequate for the low cost however the staff treated you as an annoying inconvenience when ordering a drink. The indifference was unparalleled.

Very poor service and food is not good.

Give it a miss. Locals think it's wonderful so do not complain. They won't listen.

Had the best Gluten Free large pizza. Half BBQ chicken / Half Aussie. Thick toppings and great base. Filled 2 of us comfortably. Highly recommend!!

I needed a cheap place to rest my head for the night. All cabins in caravan parks were booked. For $80.00 at the Palms had the best sleep ever. Comfy bed, air conditioned room, very clean and spacious. There is more.... extra single bed in the room.!! And to top it up, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Ordered a ribeye steak. It was either past is use by date or the griddle had rancid fat coating. Unable to eat it,and unable to bring it to the attention of the staff as none were available. Have had good meals there over the years. Today was the second negative experience. Reasonable wine selection was worth the two stars.

Had a lovely family meal when stopping at a campsite nearby. Staff were really friendly and food was nice pub grub. Kids had the pizza which they loved.

Had the porterhouse last night and was very average. It looked as though it had been cooked in the microwave and was chewy, grissley and lots of uncooked fat. Bit of a shame really because I've had some good meals here over the years.

Great local pub to stop at for a drink or a meal. Good pub meals at reasonable prices. Nothing flash or fancy but worth a stop if you want a good feed or a place to relax with a drink or two.
