Play Pokies at The Wattle Hotel in Upper Coomera

Had tea here with my family and kids very impressed, the meals where beautiful and filling very nice staff both behind the bar and at the table service, nothing but positive vibes. 100% would recommend trying if you haven\'t already.
Keep up the excellent work the wattle hotel.

Have dined here a few times.

And no complaints. Until tonight wednesday the 5/08/2026. We have ordered our dinner at 6:43pm. And it is currently 7:35 pm. We have still not received our food. And there is 5 of us. The place was busy in the dining area. And five tables had mess on them. Which was there when we arrived. Witnessed 2 families walk in. And walk back out. I as a customer had cleared one. And cleaned it with cleaning supply. So my family had somewhere to dine. This is unacceptable behaviour. And a Staff member. Completely walked past and not once picked up a bit of the mess. Whilst walking past and looking at it.

And one staff member was very rude. Male about 19-23 years of age.

Our family gathered at the hotel for a family birthday party. We had a group booking for 22.
The staff were great, and very helpful. The birthday cakes were stored in a fridge for us and later we were supplied with plates, spoons and even cake stands.
Plenty of food offerings for all ages
The Sunday Roast lunch was a very generous serving.
The kids were well catered for in the safe play area.
We\'d happily go there again.

Dined here last night with my family. We had a big group of 13. Food was great, no complaints, especially with the $16 pub classics menu! Wait staff were very attentive and super nice. The young woman who was waitress there last night was lovely and even offered to take a group photo of us when she saw me struggling to take a selfie and fit us all in. Kids had a blast on the playground. Would definitely come again! Thank you for an awesome night Wattle ❤️❤️

What a gem ! Nice place for family and friends gathering. Food are nice. Kids meal only $12 includes drink +ice cream. The very impressive playground occupies the kids , so parents can relax to eat and chat. Other part of the bistro also have nice seating. Parking is also handy. The only thing not working is the hotel App, when try to sign up for discounts and waiting for the verification email , it seems the email never arrives anyhow ..... overall happy experience.
