Was not happy after a long drive

Simple accomodation a bit dated .Family room very roomy. Good heating however bathroom very grotty and mould on the ceiling. Venetians blind missing panels compromising your privacy

Made a last minute booking to stay one night while passing through.
The room though spacious, was a little dated and the furnishings and tv could do with an upgrade. Despite that it was sufficient for an overnight stay.
The room we were allocated must have been a family room/disabled access as there were two single beds in addition to the double and the bathroom was large and had handrails in it.
The bed was soft and i appreciated the amount of sunlight that the room gets during daytime.
For the price point, Crescent Head resort and conference centre is ok, but the owners should consider an upgrading the furniture in the coming years.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. If it wasn't for the fact that I need to sleep to drive home I wouldn't be here. The shower is freezing cold, there are stains on the bed and floors... I will be contacting fair trading if there isn't some kind of refund. 0/10 for me. Only good thing is the reception lady was nice. There's even rubbish old furniture ect in the car park, I will be supprised if my 2yr dosent get sick from the mold.

Room was spacious and comfortable - the skylight took the moody sky to another level, was a short yet breezy stroll to the beach and shops. Will 100% be back.

Great location. Large and spacious room. Good price. Easy check-in. A bit old but very clean. Outside of the rooms being a bit compact and not enough privacy if the curtains are open. It was also a surprise to see the room entrance right in the middle of the shared sauna and laundry, with another internal door directly to the sauna!!

Pretty Average rooms for an average price. The room we got only had one sink...in the bathroom and we were dusting bugs off the bed when we got there. Among this, a fair few improvements needed. The only positive was the helpful receptionist.

Good large room suitable for 4 people in a quiet location, in a lovely small town. Quite clean and spacious, hot showers. The mismatched floor tiles in the room we had, are a little different, but did not detract from the experience.

Got a good one night deal.
Just a short walk to the center of the village.
Good alternative to staying in the caravan park.
Will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Kudos to the entire Team-Crescent Head Resort for keeping the property so clean and beautiful. I think Crescent Head Resort did a fantastic job in keeping the property in good shape. I stayed here with my family and the kids just loved it. Nice walkways, peaceful, serene and most importantly clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful week. Owners and staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble for them. Food was excellent and rooms were lovely and well kept. Thank you for looking after us so well

Stayed one night. Room was a good size. The beds were comfy. The decor is a bit outdated but was not a problem for us. The room was clean enough, not spotless but fine. The pool is pretty small but the kids loved it. Decent enough playground. Would stay again.
