This has been our regular stopover when travelling to Canberra Sydney for many years now. Great food & service & the ambience is great. Only thing to note, we call it a "Parma" from Victoria & they call it a "Parmi".

On a Sunday night for dinner this place was perfect. Friendly staff, reasonable prices in the middle of town. The pork ribs were amazing and for me the perfect sized serving. Suggest booking for dinner to ensure to don't miss out. Definitely be back.

They did a great job of handling the massive crowds on Boxing Day...putting signs up with wait times and menu items that were sold out.
We had some great salads - the Cesar was everything you'd want it to be, the Thai beef wasn't as traditional but it was tasty, spicy and massive. Friendly service & good prices. Would recommend.

Amazing service. Although very busy, a server noticed we were needing a table so she assisted us straight away. Cleared and cleaned table promptly, gave us suggestions on food menu and was overall lovely and friendly.

Other restaurants closed earlier than they said they would which is poor form. In main cities they wouldn't last long with this practise. I'm happy we ended up at this cute pub, HIGHLY recommended. ??'???'?

Wow! What a gem,
I went to the bended elbow tonight for dinner and was blown away by the taste of the food!

I ordered the slow cooked pork and telling the truth it was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten, everything was good and the taste was amazing.

The also serve tank beer there and have a great atmosphere and decor.

If I could give more stars I would but will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great food in Albury ? ? ? ? ?

This is how pubs should be! Great atmosphere, friendly, and helpful staff and no shortage of them. The food is fantastic, both price and portion. If you need a good reasonably priced feed with a great selection of beers, this is the place to be. Dined here two nights in a row, we loved it that much.

We missed their lunch specials that ends at 3pm and ordered from the share menu. We didn't need to wait long for the food to be served. Large portions, friendly staff, quality food at a reasonable price.

The popcorn chicken was crispy and large and came with a nice chilli-mayo sauce

The wrap was fine. It was well made and the chicken was crispy.

The pumpkin salad wasn't great. The elements of the dish didn't work too well and it was a bit too salty.

The pasta was fine.

Stopped in here for lunch, Asian Prawn salad and Fish Tacos. The tacos could've had some more coriander and less sauce (my opinion) otherwise both meals were great. The other meals we seen coming out looked awesome too.

Fabulous food and the rooftop bar is lovely.
Entree salt and pepper squid was cooked to perfection but was lacking enough seasoning for my liking.
Hubby had Guinness pie floater with mushy peas and gravy. He loved it.
I had Barra with garlic butter and salad with fries Barra was awesome as well as the salad.
Jug of long island ice tea was yummy, hubby had a Guinness
Highly recommend this place if you are stopping overnight in Albury.

Had the most revolting lunch, undercooked roast vege salad (only crunchy potatoes & sweet potato or maybe carrot ) on a handful of raw baby spinach drizzled with tasteless pesto. The pasta dish wasn't much better, cost over $50 for lunch and no one there could care less. Never again.

We stepped here after a 3.5 hour drive from Canberra, with another 3.5 hours to go returning to Melbourne. We had eaten at The Bended Elbow on several occasions over the years and was always satisfied with the meals. This visit was no different: the porterhouse steak was cooked well, with great char. The chips weren't super crispy but were still very good. The salad that was served with the steak was refreshing with a flavourful dressing. The Thai beef salad had amazing flavour - this was great. Venue wasn't busy at this hour and we had arrived just as the live music was finishing up. I've always experienced The Bended Elbow as a great rest stop travelling ti/from Canberra. It shoukd also be experienced as venue when visiting Albury or living in Albury.

Sat in the roof top was superb . The laneway looks like a nice place to sit too with live ? music Compliments to the staff tonight as I dropped money and it was returned by the barman.

The venue was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately not enough high chairs to accomodate our son which made things a little tricky, but otherwise the food was good and your typical pub food. A broad and varied menu too and reasonably priced.

Hands down one of the best places to eat that I've been too. I walked out of there ready to explode, so full. The meal sizes are beyond great, the foodie simply perfect. Who ever the chef is, he needs to be paid more. The bar staff were, for lack of a better word, awesome. Nothing was an issue , food was promptly served, the drinks were great, glass wear was clean, the pub was, nice and clean, well maintained. Didn't get to see the roof top beer garden but hopefully will next time. Can honestly recommend the bended elbow if youbare looking for good old fashion service and top quality food. 5 out of 5.

Nice place to have a meal or a few drinks. Well situated. Prices on the menu were fair and the food was good. Servings were large. My only gripe would be that it was a cold and rainy night but the heaters weren't on. Other than that we had a good time and would return.

A lovely space upstairs and felt very COVID-safe with all patrons instructed on restrictions and their obligations upon entry (incl. QR code scanning). Staff were very helpful too.

A great pub with dining in five areas. Downstairs at the front is a small space, behind is a space with several booths plus tables. Upstairs at the front of the venue is an open spacious area with lots of light. To the rear a darker, cosier, more intimate room. To the rear a small outdoor area with a couple of tables. There is a bar on both the ground, and first floor. Typical pub food cooked well. A feature of the menu is the 'Pie Floater"which I found deliciously filled with Angus beef on a mash and pea base.
Whilst there I saw a well known Melbourne radio personality, Dennis Walter, so this must be a popular business. Well done ??'?

Excellent quality meals with very large servings - three grown men all struggled to eat their meals. This was backed up by friendly and fast service. The people helped make the experience. The 'laneway" dining area is a bright and comfortable place for dining. The menu covers most tastes.

Nice atmosphere, good menu prices and amazing staff! I went here for dinner from around 6pm to 8pm and during that time the staff were nothing but hospitable and helped me get around when I lost my way. The food was well prepared and was definitely worth the price also.

Went there on a Wednesday night for a dear friend's birthday. We had a great night. The staff were unobtrusive. Service for food and drinks was quick enough. The decor is really charming. A few issues with drinks knowledge but everyone has to learn sometime. The food was quite good. Not brilliant but not at all bad. Great chips. Definitely going back. There is so much room for improvement but they've got the basics right and the atmosphere is accomodating to groups containing kids and seniors so a great place for a family outing as we had tonight.
