5 stars all round! Fantastic Greek food, amazing margaritas ? as well as service with a smile

What an absolute gem. So happy to have found this hotel with its amazing Greek Food. The portions are generous as well as great value. We ordered the antipasto platter for 2 and the lamb shoulder. It was an incredible meal, and the margaritas made by Sarah were top-notch. Highly recommend eating here. We will definitely be back

What an amazing place ??'? we have just spent a week in Sydney and this became our regular pit stop of an afternoon. Such a great little pub, amazing staff and such a friendly vibe. We had food here twice and the flavours were amazing. It quickly became our favourite place in Sydney, where we sat at the bay window and enjoyed a few pints and watching people passing by! Until next time guys ??'?

Went here at night, had a great atmosphere and menu. I got the chicken schnitzel and burger, both of which were really well cooked. The chicken was really crispy and the burger was juicy. The salads that come with them are almost perfectly seasoned. Only complaints are that some of the menu is really expensive, the bathroom is horribly maintained, and the chips are really dry.

Service: 9/10, Food 8/10, Atmosphere 9/10, Hygiene/Bathrooms 6/10

Excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. The home made pie of the day was delicious, as was the arancini balls and the lamb Yeros

It was our first day in Sydney and while waiting for our hotel we were out sightseeing. In the recommendation of a we stopped in at the Belvedere for a few pints and some snacks.

The beer is ice cold, the service is friendly and the 1st floor bar is inviting and open.

Would definitely stop by again.

Pretty sure that not only didn't the bar person know what a Shandy was , but they sold me a lager that wasn't in the Happy hour , when I specifically said Happy Hour lager please ? I know it was under a Back packers Hotel but it was really noisy . We didn't go back , even though it was closest to our Hotel.

Great pub food, with a Greek-themed menu. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, with efficient service and reasonably priced mains and drinks. For a downtown location, this a good value venue, comfortable and with an olde worlde charm. Good for families, friends and a laid-back team night out.

rather than wait for someone on Town Hall steps this is a great place to just watch out the window around the corner from the Town Hall, and sip on a beer. Happy Hour between 4 and 6pm.

A cosy small pub across 3 levels.

No pretence at the Belvedere. Usually sensible staff in the bar, folk from all walks of life and relaxed atmosphere. Small but not cosy, subdued but not gloomy. A mid size corner hotel favourite and like all it's kin, precious to Sydney.

More of a pub, but still a good place to have a drink after work. There are other parts that are more clubby, I think, but I like sitting street-level and unwinding after a long day.

A farewell group from work. It was easy..no dramas. The staff were accommodating.... The food was acceptable. A group of 12+ people and no complaints. Good result.

Worst experience here at the Greek restaurant. The barramundi was atrocious, tasting like canned sardines. Inconsistent portion sizes. Undressed burnt octopus and chickpea salad. The waiter had not been debriefed on the menu items and couldnt answer any questions. Greek salad was forgotten and had to be requested. Inconsistent portion and ingredients!! Some had 14 olives; the others had none! The feta cheese in the salad is NOT feta and even if it is then it was off!!! Pasta was bland, no flavour. Informed the waiter, who brought the head waiter, who then brought the manager, who then brought the arrogant and condescending head chef. I had to talk to ALL these people and no one could resolve this issue! We went through 2 menu items and were still appalled. They were unable to do anything for us as we booked through a third party hens package. Worst experience!!!These people need to be trained in customer service skills! You do not talk over the top of somebody when they are telling you your food is inedible! You do not patronise them! You do not ask them if they have been to Greece before!!!! Um excuse me, I havent been to Greece before so put Greek on a plate for me! From the experience we had, we definitely do not want to be visiting Greece anytime soon!We couldnt get out of there fast enough.You will not find quality food or professionalism at this restaurant.

I had my hens night dinner here. Service was fantastic, staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs. Food was really great. Only downside to our experience at this restaurant was that we had to share the room with a table that were incredibly rude and complained about everything without reason. Great night out and would come back again!

We had a lunch booking for 12. We had to pre-order so the kitchen could be prepared. So far so good ... Pretty much ordered everything on their limited menu - some in multiple quantities. Food was great UNTIL we got to the Char Octopus which was still only the entree. Octopus was rubbery, Lemon Oregano Lamb cutlets were fatty and just a "lump of meat", Pork Souvlaki was tough, Lemon Chat potatoes were from the previous day, luke warm, roasted only in colour and flavourless. The Greek Salad was mainly cucumber chunks. Come to think of it - there was no great distinction in flavours - everything just tasted like too much olive oil. Greek food is relatively simple but if it is well done it shines with flavour. I have had better Greek food from any street seller in Greece. To top it all - the service was haphazard, it seemed harried and understaffed. Would I recommend this place - absolutely not.

Sensational greek restaurant on level 1. Great space and really good food.

Amazing food. Highly recommend this place. The menu is not big but everything was freshly made and delicious. The moussaka was great for 2.
