Staff were understanding and helpful gone out for bday dinner to sit and wait with wife and son in dining room for hour and half watching people come eat and go when I went to ask bar staff what\'s going on with our meals apparently my order did not even make it to the kitchen ! I stated i want a full refund and going home to have packet food not happy wasted our time and fuel driving for what we thought would be a nice treat mind you we have come previously and had wonderful service food and wait times unfortunately today just was not that it has been very up and down hit and miss since new management and business owners came in and changed the systems that previously worked also dose not help that the people who brought the lease of this pub also brought across the street and no longer have meals available in commercial hotel

Obviously they\'re spending a bit of money to renovate the place - new carpet and paint throughout, which is looking great.
Food was fair - certainly nothing to come back for. The most surprising thing though was the lack of any sort of dress code in the dining room. First time ever we have shared a dining room with others who chose not to wear shirts or shoes - probably something that could, and should, be fixed pretty easily!!

I got the Phil's burger for dinner. It was the worst food I've eaten in my life. I couldn't even eat it. The bun was wet and soggy. Minced meat mashed with cheese that looked like cat food in a bun and tasted terrible. It was inedible. Other people on our table tried it and said the same thing.
Such a shame because everyone was happy with all the other food. That burger is BAD.

Moored at the Morgan jetty a couple of weeks ago and we had the best takeaway fish and chips, plus burger...yummo, and the service was very fast...think we may have to drive up there again soon to dine in 😀😋

The hospitality from Terminus hotel, Morgan was exceptional.
We arrived late, on a long weekend Saturday night, desperate for a bed and some food.
Even though it was an extremely busy night Heather went out of her way to juggle rooms and took an order for dinner even though the kitchen was closed. The shared amenities were great and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Thanks for being so welcoming and helpful, we are very grateful.
