The food was very poor on the Saturday night. The barmaid on the Sunday was very moody and her customer service was very poor. She was heard to tell one customer to go somewhere else when he complained. He said he would if there was another pub in the town

Worst accomodation I have ever stayed in, (and I've travelled all over the world). Rooms were dirty. Walked into my room and there was human waste still in the toilet. Rooms hadn't been cleaned. Bedding hadn't been changed from previous guests. Dust and dirt everywhere. No hot water. Manager didn't even offer any discount or partial refund. Would not let my dog stay in this place. Luckily I had a blanket and a pillow of my own which I used. If I could give zero stars then I would. Absolutely disgusting.

Went for dinner which we enjoyed. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and helpful.

Normally our default place for dinner when we visit every 6 months. Tonight (18th Sept) it was sub par to say the least. Girl behind the bar took our food orders. Someone behind us asked where their food was and was told they are very behind with the orders as they only had 2 ppl working in the kitchen. Would have been good to be told that before taking our order. 50 minute wait for our over cooked meals to arrive (lamb cutlets and a t bone). Chips and salad on one had been turned into vegerables. We watched orders going all over the place and a lot of people not too hsppy about the delay. The 2 girls behind the bar taking orders and clearing tables were getting quite huffy and rude. Don't take your frustration out on customers if you work in the service industry.

I am writing to inform you that the creditor's statutory demand which was served upon Joyram Pty Limited t/a Telegraph Hotel Tenterfield on the 18th of June 2023 has now expired.

As per legal requirements, a statutory demand necessitates a response within 21 days from the date of service. Unfortunately, despite the issuance of the demand, no response or arrangement for settlement has been received within the stipulated timeframe.

Given that the statutory demand has now expired, Joyram Pty Limited is now presumed insolvent under the Corporations Act. It is this presumption of insolvency that Home Icon International can now rely on to make an application to the Court for orders winding up Joyram Pty Limited.

We do however remain open to discussing potential solutions to address the debt and avoid any further escalation. It is our sincere hope that we can work together to reach a resolution that accommodates both parties' interests.

We had dinner there and it was yummy. Staff very friendly and just lovely people.

Food was good but far from best meal, fairly expensive for what you got. Staff were friendly enough. Fire was burning on cold night making it cozy.

Easy walk from showground van Park. Food was good and with wood fire burning it was nice and warm.

Great Ozzy pub, with happy smiling staff. This is one of those pubs you should visit. Not many old feel pubs any more. This one's a cracker.

Prices were good, service a bit rough but good. Beef ribs needed some work - all intercostal meat and gristle and not slow cooked enough - done like pork ribs. Flat head was good. Serving sizes were good. Basic pub food

The young lady on the bar at 4pm Sunday 29 Jan was so welcoming that we just wanted to stay. Ended up doing dinner which was huge and well worth the stay. Great pub, highly recommend.

The staff are awesome and very friendly. The food was excellent and the meals are huge.

Meals were great and well cooked. Reasonably priced too.
Only issue, not much room in eating areas and maybe suggestion is a kids area rather than having them running everywhere while people are trying to enjoy a meal.

Worst pizza I have eaten in Australia!! Pizza base was half cooked, still very much dough. And toppings were gross. $25 now gone up 5 dollars and didn't say nothing or change their price on the internet. Will never be eating here again. Didn't even want to ask for them to replace it as it would of still been disgusting. Got no idea in the world when it come to pizza!

Had a great Friday night here, with XXXX on tap, a great steak and the footy on It was happy days. Shout out to Christie and the two guys behind the front bar who were all super friendly and very helpful!

I popped in here for lunch and was surprised to learn that on Monday and Tuesday's they have a $20 lunch special of steak, chips and salad. I ordered that and a nice cold beer. The waitress was helpful and friendly. When my meal arrived I was astonished at the size of the T-bone steak. It was enormous! It took up more than half the plate! The Greek salad was delicious and the steak was the best I've had in years. It was juicy and tender. I certainly hope they have that special available when I come back to town again.

Good country pub food with friendly efficient staff. Only one downer which was the cheese garlic bread where I don't like grilled cheese. The wife said it was delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

You need to pick up the restaurant standards. Very bad food. Cheeseburger was stone cold and sent back. Came back 2nd time and was drowned in bbq sauce and unbearable so left 2/3rds on the plate. Very disappointed. Pick up your game. Don't recommend.

We had a great pub lunch in front of the fire on a cold day. Freshly painted interior with some great architectural features.

The meal I had was nice, fresh food, cooked well. My only complaint was the fish. Just two very thin pieces if flathead, thick batter. Three or four such pieces would have been better
