My dad worked 18 years for you 18 years and it will never be forgotten what your actions and true show of self. Couldn't return a phone call to book the wake. Then give his co workers the wrong funeral time and advertise it wrong. Then the food is served 30 minutes late. Then hover around like weasel to rudely but in to remind us the food hasn't been paid for. Only to find out that they kept half out the back. They were worried cause they wanted full payment still who knows what the rest of the food was going towards. Then after being caught. Great place to camp. Club is really great. So Friendly & homely.

Nice spot - a short walk from the town - 20-25 minutes. Easy drive and good parking at the door. Sign in at the door - using Licence. All the usual club things. Good bar and food. Well laid out, comfortable, quiet - generally. Staff efficient and very friendly. Not sure about kids - maybe ring on this.

The Sporties Club has under gone renovations and it looks great. Staff were friendly. Bar service was quick.
Bowling greens are in good condition.
Coffee shop was doing a good trade and make a very nice Salad roll.
Plenty of people using the Restaurant.

Surprisingly pleasant place to take my young daughter. A nice ol fella taught her how to play lawn bowls while we're relaxing outside. The interior of Sporties looks nice and the staff are great. A relaxing place.

Club renovations look great, happy smiling faces greet you however the food servings for the kids meals were terrible.. nuggets and chips consisted of 3 soggy nuggets and about 6 chips.. I had to buy another bowl as my 2x 11 year olds were still hungry and finished their meal in around 3 minutes. Kids meals are suited to toddlers not older children. Disappointing. Our meals were ok but won't go back..

Went here for the first time recently while visiting my parents. Good food and atmosphere. Friendly service. Will happily go here again.

Great place to stop as a visitor passing through. They allow self contained motorhomes / RVs to stay ($5 per person). It's a large club that has had some recent renovations. Food was good ??'?

We went to club Forster only to find the special was at Tuncurry. I phoned and they kept the bistro open purely for us. They were super friendly and welcoming. The schnitzel was delicious

It has been a year since we had a meal last time. The whole environment is lovely after renovation, the food is getting better as well. The two missing stars are because of the rough salad and a little bit overpriced compared with other places.

Had a great lunch and then a few games of Lucky 8 afterwards. Won enough to buy a coffee and cake from the cafe. Friendly and professional staff.

Had a good coffee an hot wedges. Which was very good. Service was extremely good. Poker machine played well.plenty of parking.

We love it here and a great place to stay for 2nights before heading up north $5 each a night and nice food you can also get the courtesy bus at 4.30 to go to club forster and pick u up and bring u back

Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, won three prizes in the raffles, beautiful meat trays.

Really had a great time, great food at the restaurant, great music good service,but bit of a damper as we left staff member standing outside the entry smoking had to walk through the smoke, i spent most of the previous night in manning base hospital getting my ASTHMA UNDER CONTROL NOT GOOD,OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT 5 STARS.

We parked up at the Sportie after the floods and were warmly welcomed. They were so indulgent and allowed us to stay longer than the regular allocated time period. This was such a boon. All around us was flooding and this was an absolute lifesaver. Thank you so much to the understanding staff for safe place to wait for the waters to recede.Highly recommend, great location, facilities and tucker
