On arrival I found checkin easy and staff extremely pleasant. I was contacted a couple of days before we arrived to inform me there was a function on upstairs and noise levels may be up until 12 I had no problem with that as it is a pub and you expect it to some degree on a Saturday night especially. We just woke up after a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. First time staying here and was very happy with the room. The room was small and only had one chair at a desk but as we were only here for the one night it was fine. The room was very clean and bathroom updated. Flat screen smart TV and free wifi was available. Woke up at 730 and could hear cleaning happening in function room but managed to go straight back to sleep. Last night we went into the large sports bar for a meal and to watch the footy. We met a couple of locals and enjoyed a great meal. John had a seniors parmigiana $9.95 and I had the beef pie on mash gravy and veges two meals for under $26 amazing. We then ventured into the large gaming area and thought we would have a little flutter and after putting in $20 we stayed playing for 4 hours on that and walked away with a Bush win so very happy with that. We enjoyed a couple of complimentary drinks that came with our room while we were there. Overall this was great value for money. I have given it 5 stars as it was perfect for our needs and we found the service to be excellent.

Great place for a short stay, but would be good if staff advised quest of function room upstairs with live band. Noisy but stopped at 10pm.

Dined and stayed a few times here. Excellent service, food and staff who are always extremely over accommodating and friendly. A big shoutout to Jess in the bistro as she always goes above and beyond (and deserves a pay rise!)

A great place to enjoy a drink and have a little fun in the pokies. Easy to park and convenient to the shopping center. Nice and friendly staff as well

The rooms were fairly decent, minus the single beds
Ben was lovely & has amazing customer service, plus all the other staff
Minus grumpy Linda - it's like she doesn't even want to be at work. She'll give you a headache over minuscule things & really should just retire as her poor attitude just kills the vibe at Nightcap Skyways ✌️

The staff are extremely accomodating and friendly, they went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed and had some nice bonuses for booking direct. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Close to the airport and just across the road from Westfield so very convenient and has free parking which is a perk. Photos online match what the property is like in real person. Would recommend to people looking for value for money and convenience while traveling.

Brilliant customer service from the big chef, we had a few dietary requirements and allergen concerns confidently answered, thank you for a pleasant dining experience and our meals were spot on.

Really worst experience. We came here to stay overnight before our journey.
1. Missing mirror
2. No lightening
3. No microwave
4. Very small room

I travel a lot for business and would say this is one of my worst experiences ever.
As I'm writing this review, it's 12.12am and having gone to bed at 8.30pm I am still awake after being kept awake by a bloody band playing above my room. Tried ear plugs I carry with me to no avail. Band finally stopped at 11pm, now listening to them packing up above me and the room next door has decided to crank up the tv.
Arrived to check in at 1pm and told check in 2pm. Left bags locked in their cupboard and went shopping. Returned at 5.30pm and no one could find keys to unlock cupboard. Took 30 min to find keys.
Room had blocked sink.
Food restaurant was average and basic.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
They should warn anyone staying that they are unlikely to get much sleep due to entertainment area being above rooms.
Will never stay here again, absolute mental torture trying to sleep.

Stayed at skyways hotel from the moment I wanted in ros was amazing help and the service was overall great. Very comfortable bedding. Would definitely come back here again

Currently staying 2 nights here and have to compliment the great service and assistance from the receptionist Roselyn. She was so helpful and wanted to make sure we were all ok? Even the hotel staff in Gaming, Bistro and public bar were very friendly. We have booked again for 2 nights in April as well! Highly recommend!

We were 3 ladies ordering seniors meals in the public bar, it took at least 30 to 40 mins to get 2 parmigianas, and at least another 20 or so minutes for the last meal to turn up , parmigianas were poor quality like something you buy at woolworths, and wedges were soft, also if you can obtain wedges due to a shortage why cant you get chips, that was weird, very disappointing service from the chef, bar lady was very helpful

Have stayed at Skyways several times. Great location with easy access to freeways, with friendly staff and good bistro meals. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I will continue to stay here when I need to.

Booked and paid over the phone. When I arrived, the room had been double booked with no other room available. Was told it would take 5 days for refund to go back into my account.

Terrible service from almost every member of the bistro team. Despite a hefty spend and our regular custom, not one staff member could even crack a smile. Food is good and convenient location. But the service is absolutely terrible.

I was there for a friend's birthday party and it was over an hours drive away, we had a great night with good atmosphere and well priced food and drinks although I didn't stay the night the rooms could be booked for around $100, obviously it's location to the Airport is helpful if you have a layover and don't desire to travel into the city to pay 5x more. Even if your a local and live nearby give them a try in their bistro and club and have a great night out.

Food was average, $39 for a fairly tasteless scotch fillet and chips. Although the food come out relatively quite for everyone on the table (9 people) it's not what I thought was worth it. The parma were nice thick fillets and decent size
