We visited the restaurant on 20/92024 with a group of friends. It was a very bad experience as the food came an hour late with 30 minutes apart for each family although we all ordered at the same time. The food was cold and the serving size was small compared to the price we paid. Dessert was also late. We don't recommend this to anyone at all. Hope the management review their service and quality.

We visited the restaurant on 20.09.2024 and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our food arrived an hour late, and it was very cold .Despite ordering everything at the same time, my child's meal was served 30 minutes after ours. We had to follow up with the waitress three times before it was finally brought to the table. We hope the service can improve for future guests.

The food was decent, but the service left something to be desired.

When we arrived, there was no one at the entrance, so we headed to the counter inside where orders were being taken. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we were advised to wait at the unmanned front desk. Another couple made the same mistake and ended up standing there as well.

Eventually, someone came to assist, but by the time they seated the other couple whose reserved table had been taken, it was a 15-minute wait before we were shown to our table. This could have been easily avoided with a simple sign at the front saying, "Please wait to be seated," if no one was present.

Once seated, we had to return to the same counter to place our order and then wait another 5-10 minutes at the bar to be served drinks.

The staff were friendly and tried their best, but the process of greeting, seating, and ordering could use some serious improvement - it felt unnecessarily complicated.

The food was fine, though the dining area could benefit from some better styling, as it felt a bit plain.

Parking is limited on a Saturday night.

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Shoppingtown hotel. Preet greeted us warmly when we arrived and helped us in pub+. The food was good. In particular the porterhouse was perfectly cooked tasted great. Good vibes and great view ,will be back, such a good night. Thank you.

We had a group for lunch as I have always had several groups there before the setup was good the drinks were good the food was definitely the worst meals I have ever had in a hotel. I ordered Fish and chips in batter I got two of the smallest grilled dry tasteless fish I have ever had that was just a representative of most of the 32 meals, cooked then left dry out before being served, it was an embarrassment to have taken a group of friends there and the young male waiter matched the food perfectly. Could not care less.
