I absolutely love this place, we come up for rowing competitions and we eat here every time, in all the years of rowing we have never once had a bad meal. It's good old fashioned service and food with a price to match and I mean that it a positive way. Superb hearty meals at a decent price. The service is second to none, the couple who run the RSL are top class people who deliver exceptional customer service, friendly and inviting. Don't go to Sheffield and miss this off your list of places to stop, you won't be disappointed.

Meals are amazing. We had the Meat Lovers Schnitzel and the Macadamia Chicken Tenders with garlic sauce. Both were delicious. Great service from the RSL team.

A cosy RSL filled with locals. Friendly people. The food was amazing, we had the salmon, chicken schnitzel, steaks and butter chicken and all came out quickly and cooked perfectly. Would recommend stopping here if you are hungry and heading to Cradle Mountain! 10/10

Great to see some vegan options on the menu. Tried the vegan rissotto. I found it good but would have like abit more flavour. The staff were really helpful. And atmosphere was good too.

Lovely staff, walking in without a booking. Staff was quick to clean a table for us to use. Very busy. Food arrived quickly. We were made feel welcome, only visiting the area.
