Used to love going for dinner with friends, but over the last few months the quality of the food has slipped which is a real shame. Otherwise a great place to go.

Nice staff but won't go back. No seniors menu, would have left but we had already purchased drinks. A lousy $3 off any pricey main meal. Lift your game. Food very ordinary!

Obnoxious women on the sign in desk. Apparently there was a shift change between myself arriving and the rest of our table, the staff member refused to believe that I had already signed in and asked me to return to the sign in counter after i had sat down at the table- Even after presenting my sign in ticket she grunted "how on earth did you get this?" After walking away she swore at me. I cannot fault the bar ladies or the order taker, these ladies were very nice and polite. However the grumpy older lady doing the door needs to be retrained in customer service and asked not to swear at customers.

Good place to have a great meal. I had a burger and it was delicious. My companions had the porterhouse, Parma and mixed grill. No complaints from anyone.

Very good setup on how you pick vegies or salads when u get your main meal. Loved the food also

Update: Came back today, hoping to give a better review due to maybe they just had a bad day last time, (unfortunately no). My experience was worse in every way except parking. Car park was half empty.
Margaret refunded my meal, so the goodwill is flowing, but it needs to be fortified in the kitchen.

Staying near by, up from Melbourne. Took my two little kids here for dinner. The food was great, plenty fresh vegetables, lots of choice. My 6 year old got the stir fry, I got the schnitzel. Buffet full of vegetables and salad, great value. Fresh,Clean and super friendly

Very clean and new venue. Staff friendly. Portions generous and reasonably priced. "Order ready" alert alarms annoyingly loud. My avacado on the Chicken Avodaise was black and unappetizing. Gave this as feedback but no response from the club. My guest had no complaints about the pumpkin gnocchi.

Hi, we went there for a Fathers Day meal and left very disappointed. Out of 5 meals no one could truly say they thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I'm thinking we weren't the only ones as there was alot of plates with the main ordered meal remaining. Bit sad ???" but go try your luck.

Staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, kind and outstanding!
The food was a long wait but you could see every single person in the kitchen working there heart out and trying as hard as possible to get food out to every table and they kept a smile on there face the whole time!
The food when it came out was amazing, there is nothing better than really good food and this place does that perfectly! The wait was definitely worth it!

We were late in and we were the last table to be served and they just just run out of the cauliflower, the chef made a bowel of it and delivered it to our table, I couldn't be more satisfied of there service and quality!

First of all... You order a jack Daniels stubby... They say they haven't got jack Daniels stubbys... Only schooners. So I ordered a jack Daniels schooner..... Which WAS NOT JACK DANIEL'S. I then go back up too order a real jack Daniels and the guy behind the bar goes "Oh it might have been made with Pepsi" like no mate it was Nelson county. He then proceeds to make a real jack Daniels with coke. That's that, we then sat down and ordered . We got the roast of the day that was putrid, like eating cardboard "The roast of the day" more like roast of yesterday. Roast was disgusting, chips were cold because nobody decided to watch and make sure the food was stocked up for people eating dinner. A 12yo can cook a roast better then whoever is cooking behind the counter.

The people here have next to no empathy when you hurt yourself due to food not cooked properly.
The experience from the get go was off putting. I just wanted to have a nice lunch with my mum. Yet I was going to be turned away for not having ID on me. Just to have lunch.
I ordered the pork belly on garlic mash.
What I got was 2 tiny bits of pork belly on a large plate with some gravy and apple sauce. No garlic mash to be seen. When I got back to the table I noticed that the crackle was soft. Then after taking a bite I found out the bottom was so dry and hard it actually cut the roof of my mouth. I chopped the bottom off both bits and couldn't eat much more as my mouth was cut. I let the lady know at the front as common courtesy and the plate was taken to the kitchen to be examined. Then I got told that they had to grab someone to authorised it. Yet by the time the lady got to the kitchen the food had been thrown in the bin and the chef told the lady who hadn't seen it that I'd eaten most of it and the crackle was the hard piece. So instead of believing me as she hadn't seen it with her own eyes she proceeded to believe the person who threw it in the bin. All I was offer was a drink and basically told I was lying. I will never return to this place. Paying $32 for two tiny bits of dried out pork belly is not my idea of a delicious meal. Horrible service .

Was not an enjoyable meal the sweet and sour pork was first burnt when it was recooked it was all fatty no meat the sweat and sour sauce tasted like tomato paste and the risotto rice was incredibly dry. The wait staff however were really nice so the night wasn't a total bust I just didn't like that I paid alot for basically veggies

Celebrated my Dads birthday we all enjoyed our meals.

I ordered the open souvlaki, wife had the chicken breast and daughter had the nuggets and chips.

The sides were plentiful as it's a main meal and you add the sides you want (chips, coleslaw, beans, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, cheesy cauliflower, pasta salads and so many more). So you fill your plate up with sides once you collect your main.

The quality of the food vs the price is well balanced with the mains being well made with plenty of flavour and side selection being well thought out. Our meals totalled approx $85 exclusive of drinks.

Overall a pleasant experience, family friendly with well priced and filling meals.

I would recommend dining here.

I'm a member.. go there often.but the change of kit staff is not good. Horrible meal dry buffet. 25.90 for 1 small ham steak..really rude women in kitchen..will finish with waitress taking orders and bar staff fantastic still. Will not be back until you get a real chef and go back to the awesome club you use to be....and by the empty seats I have a feeling I'm not the only one.

Our friends had roast of the day, they were happy with their meal. My husband had sweet and sour he said it was OK but rated it 5 out of 10

We dropped in last Sunday afternoon for a cheeky punt, drink and dinner. So impressed with the venue from the minute we walked in. The receptionist greeted us and had a chat. Bar staff were friendly and provided great service - what really nailed it for us was the wonderful lady in the bistro who greeted and sat us. Her service was impeccable, she went above and beyond, so much so we thanked her on the night! Food was awesome, we will definitely be back

I'm a member of the club and in the past have had fantastic service and meals I'm guessing during the last few months since I've visited there had been a complete change of staff right from the kitchen. I took 2 friends with me 2 weeks ago one a member as well we waited over an hour and when the meal came it was like an after thought just thrown on and chicken dry, I've spoken to numerous people and the feedback is not good saying they won't return. I will be one as well, what happened to the previous staff they were fantastic made the evening enjoyable and service was great. One last thing the meals are not cheap, for families it's an expensive night out. Don't know who's running the club need to have a serious look at all areas.

Great place! The food is good old pub food at a very reasonable price. Serve yourself veg and salad that are yummy so pile up your plate!! The only downfall of this place, the grumpy and very rude pass over older woman (cant call her lady) in the kitchen. She really dampened our 2nd night there. Yes that's how much we loved it! If she's serving again I would actually think about not eating here again. But the food 5 star, the price 5star, the venue 5 star, all the other staff 5 star. It's a shame about one spoilt apple and how it can ruin a bunch.

Our first visit to the Sebastopol Bowling Club and I was impressed. It's modern, clean and spacious with friendly service and quality meals. I had the pork (excellent ) and really good salad / veg buffet, that couldn't be faulted. Reasonable priced drinks, easy parking and no complaints.

We had a great lunch there today. The meals are huge. I had the mixed grill. It comes out and is a mountain of food and well cooked. You need to be hungry. I couldn't get through it! All the meals around me looked terrific. I'll get something different next time to sample the variety. We will be back.

Food is very average and I was surprised to see the buffet operating with everything that's going on. However, the kitchen staff were nice and there were plenty of options to choose from. You won't leave hungry!

Food is rubbish wouldn't eat here again. Most of the staff are okay. Some need an attitude adjustment other than that not a bad place for a beer.

Awesome first time in renovated club and food and service was amazing

Popped in for quick bite to eat. Ordered sticky pork ribs and wedges. It was delicious and wedges very unusual in the cut. Taste was fabulous. Great place for a meal.

The Bistro area has been updated since my last visit. It is a credit to all who put this together a beautiful area, it was a pleasure to be there.There is a separate area for children to play,wonderful for
young families. The food and service very good. I was there with my family.

Absolutely appalled by the shocking display of discrimination against myself this evening. Being refused entry ON MY SONS BIRTHDAY for not wearing a mask as i am a chronic asthmatic is unlawful, the repeated argument that the venue is "private property" is not a lawful reason to refuse entry.
You left my family feeling absolutely devastated with two children in tears.
Disgusting disrespect and lack of empathy and understanding for others medical conditions. SHAME ON YOU.

Brilliant food consistently. Affordable and family friendly. Better than other 5 star restaurants by far. Go the veggie bake bar it's to die for.

Went twice in 2 days. First night food was amazing. So much food on the plate. Was so full but the food was so good had to eat it all. Ordered mixed grill and rissoles.Second night we went ordered mixed grill - the kitchen didnt put onion or lamb cutlet on plate even though it says it on the menu description. Told staff all they said was oh, sorry.
