I seldom write poor reviews but felt the need to. It is a real shame that such a nicely decorated pub in a suburb like Sandringham is such poor quality. Firstly, the Scotch fillet is absolute daylight robbery! Smallest steak I've ever seen and it's $48! Picture attached and I have a small hand... Shockingly, you also cannot change your sides, Explain why you can have chips/salad or roast veg/salad but unable to slightly alter it to veg and chips like any other restaurant??? Even though it's $48? I also had to mention the staff training as
bartenders had their fingers on the rim and even in the glass when pouring. I do not blame these staff.. Whoever manages this pub needs to step up. On a positive note, the male bartenders and those on the floor, especially the girl with the short brown hair had wonderful rapport and I thank them for their service.

I visited Sandringham hotel last Thursday with a couple of co-workers and had a fantastic experience. Charly looked after us and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived - she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

The food was amazing. I had the high fillet cooked medium rare, and it was absolutely cooked to perfection. The calamari was also excellent. Overall, I was very impressed with the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service from Charly.

I can't wait to come back. Everything was delicious - thank you to the team for such a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly, just okay. Not many vegetarian options so I went with a mushroom burger, which was literally a whole mushroom shoved into a burger where you would normally put a patty. Very wet and something I could do better at home in under 10 minutes.

I couldn\'t hear the person who took my order and they seemed offended by that.

They were also doing a raffle and had raffle tickets on all of the tables, but when we asked about the draw they said it somehow had already happened.

Down from Perth and had a great experience with the children. Wheelchair access was outstanding. Food was excellent. Josh pours a fantastic beer with a fantastic head on it. Not many bartenders know what good head is these days, so it was good to know theres people like Josh who do! Outstanding. Highly recommend the eye fillet well done.

We had dinner several times at this place. Food is always nice and fresh. Today we had family member birthday party and we were seriously lucky to have young lady - waitress ,name Charli. What a lovely caring girl, she made our evening special, everyone was well looked after. Thank you for your care and help Charli🙏❤️
