DISASTER- we made the mistake of hosting our event here. After hosting two parties here, we thought we would be getting the same level of service, but boy I was taken on a roller coaster ride during my event. Firstly we were by Jen the event manager that we would have privacy during our event as there is construction happening and access to the bar is limited. Though on the day we had other diners sit close to the dance floor, gawk at us and take the liberty to enjoy the entertainment we hired!

Inadequate staffing- beware if you host your event on a Sunday there is a Sunday surcharge- nothing wrong with this- but one would assume for a event for 60 people you would have adequate number of staff present, though at our event the staff were too busy with their regular customers so our event didn't get adequate drink service, expect your guests to get their own drinks despite what you agree with Jen.
#3. If you plan to play your own music, don't- get a DJ, unless you know how to figure out their sound system because the staff don't.
#4. Missing event manager: i suggests hiring someone to look after your event on the day if you don't want undue stress. The club management don't care about your event after receiving your money. Weeks prior to my event, the event manager Jen advised she wouldn't be there but assured my event will be looked after. But on the day, the same staff looking after the regular members are running around like headless chickens, no effort from management to add more staff.
The three staff had no clue about the requirements of my event: only one table was served tea and coffee, they didn't bother asking other tables.
