I\'ve now been here twice. First time took over 40 mins for meals, even though the venue was empty. Spoke to the VM and he was kind enough to refund the kids meals.
Second time,just wanted to pick up a ten pack from the drive through. I was basically screamed at when entering the cold room.. \"leave your bag outside, can\'t you read\" this honestly threw me off. The absolute rudest of this person, I figured it was down to stealing, how am I going to fit anything into my tiny bag... When I explained his manner was rude, and id likely never return, he laughed.
Get better staff. Your main bar lady ain\'t much better. Bunch of rude people. I\'ll head to the pub over the road from now on, and get takeaways at the commercial

Absolute legendary service from Bray!
I had the steak & chips and crispy chicken wings (#TeamBulk) - both were absolutely spot on.
The steak was juicy and med rare, the chips perfectly golden, and them wings? Crispy, tender, and riDONKulously moreish. But what really made the night was Bray's service.
Friendly, attentive, and genuinely went ABOVE and BEYOND to make the entire experience legit. It's rare to get that level of care and energy on minimum wage...

I went in with a friend of mine was verbally abuse by the big body female behind the counter who had an issue with my friend literally grabbed the beer out of my hands after he voiced his complaints about previous service from the same lady she was forceful an aggressive I was unaware there was a problem until the beer was snatched out of my hand I was told to leave with very colourful language an felt my worth wasn't much after this experience........id suggest monitoring her performance moving forward to she how she deals with public relations an weather she is aggressive to others ........ there was two patrons in the pub at the time she removed both because of personal problems

Decor needs serious work especially the restrooms!
