Good place to unwind and bag in extra cash for next trip, if lucky, wonderful pokie machines and very relexing environment, there are 2 bars with restaurants to choose from.

It's hit and miss with the pizza in this place. One day it's awesome pizzas the next total failure with service to match. If I'm dissatisfied with the meal I expect them to remake without any question or attitude. If I wanted a pizza with +++ sauce and burnt crushed I'd ask for it

Really nice chicken schnitzel. The salad could do with a nicer sauce or different salad altogether. The prices have gone up as well since I was last here. I'm sure it was $25. It's not $27

A really great facility in the heart of Sydney's West. Large open space dining precinct which - ok- removes a little ambiance or atmosphere but allows groups to mix and match their dining without upsetting anyone. Steak and Oyster Co had a great selection of beef and seafood at really great price point. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even the sign in process is very automated and fast now.

Went there for the ICN-ANB competitions great RSL staff was very helpful and friendly which is rare to find In RSl establishments. Very happy Every staff were informed and polite. Every place/room/toilet was spotless couldn't fault it even if I wanted to. The Elevators didn't smell and were clean that's was a good sign of hygiene practices. Parking can be tricky, and parking signs in the areas are not very informative. Overall very good.

Ordered chili basil fried rice, salt and peper squid and satay stir fry. Really good service. Even though they are busy we only waited 5mins for order to be cooked. Kids enjoyed the food. Awesome service ???

Wide selection of food that all tastes amazing, nice outdoor smoking area that actually doesn't suffocate a non smoker of they wanted to have a seat out there too as it's nice and large area. Security constantly walking around for safety. Live bands near the bar on weekends

A spectacular complex, but the club needs more kid friendly spaces. It would be great to have a kids play area so that parents could enjoy a meal and a drink while the little ones played. Other venues in the area have these facilities and it's such a pity that this very well off club can't offer similar.

Nice club with a Chinese restaurant and some food stalls at the food court. Co-located with a hotel and performance theatre with really good productions. Parking is free and there's a small military display near the multi-story carpark entrance. There's an adult section with poker machines too.

I had been here once for dinner and a few drinks with friends, it was lovely, the food was great and the staff were very nice and friendly.

I interviewed here for a casual bar job as I am looking for evening work and am a casual bar attendant and I loved the place so much I kept an eye out for openings. I was success to get an interview and I had never felt so awkward in an interview especially after being asked how I would work shift work and evenings with a toddler. The interviewees at the end had asked if I had any questions and I simply asked when they were looking to hire and if it were just for 1 casual attendant. I was immediately told that they are still interviewing and the successful candidates would start pretty much right away. I straight after that knew that they were not keen on me although I have so many years of bar experience and am skilled in other areas. I a few days after received an email saying I was unsuccessful for a bartender position. This may not be relevant to add as a review but I felt so uncomfortable that I won't even go to this place again, despite enjoying the food and ambiance. I actually felt judged and not interested in at all and I am such a people person. Plus being asked how i would manage being a mum and work, I felt that was fairly discriminating. So yes, food was lovely but I won't be here again after leaving the interview feeling so down. So disappointed.

I feel this place is a little over rated, however is does have some nice facilities, and it is always pretty clean. The food could use an upgrade. It is pretty expensive for the quality. Apart from the dinning area west HQ is very nice and big and there are always 15-20 security guards there which Is over kill I think. I giving 3 stars mainly because if the food area because they think everyone can afford 45 dollar steaks for lunch, what happened to $10 lunch specials. Also they gaming area is huge bigger than most places it western sydney.

Shout out to all the fantastic staff at West HQ who were so helpful, friendly and efficient working on the night of Bill Bailey. Went above and beyond to assist a family member with a disability and helped to make our night thoroughly enjoyable. First time at this amazing venue and thoroughly encouraged to return.

Like an up scale food court is my Impression of the place. It does get very busy at peak times. Better have your ID ready when you enter the premises. There is a Novotel right next door and there are plenty of car parking spaces but it can get very full also if there is an event at the West coliseum. A nice upmarket place to dine and while away the hours perhaps at the gaming area. There are a couple of upmarket restaurants too within the complex. A recommended place to visit if you want a lot of food options in a confined area albeit well furnished.

I wanted to give 5 stars but difficulties getting staff is ruining WestHQ (let's hope it's that and not just poor management). The venue is great, the food is great, having the Coliseum and the Novotel next door is fantastic.
BUT the queues on Saturday night spoil everything. It's just not on to have to queue for 15 minutes to get a drink or 20 to get food in an RSL Club.

Always a pleasure staying here.
I normally travel alone or with someone else in the past but I brought my family and they loved it,how it's convenient everything is close.

One of my favourite clubs in Western Sydney. The place is very clean and modern. Great selections of food, so there's always something for everyone. Our personal favourites were the lamb shank massaman curry & the prawn fried rice from New Town Thai and the brisket steak from Steak & Co. can't forget desserts too! The tiramisu and ice cream are excellent! We definitely will be back

The Tom yum soup is very flavorful yet not too heavy - decent heat level that most would be able to handle. Will go back to try other Thai dishes! The steak was pretty decent.

First time ever! Loved it! Great atmosphere! Food was good too! The manager on shift at the time was Trevor n he was just exceptional with his service. My elderly dad is not fast on his fit. Trevor quickly assisted us with a wheel chair as soon as my dad arrived. Although I am put of the area, I will definitely be back here again! Thank you Trevor for your great customer service??

Great choice for a nice lunch without any hassle.

Nice options for those who are picky. For example there is the choice of a cafe style meal, Thai, steaks, seafood or just something easy and light like a fresh salad.

Great to go during the week as the huddle and bustle of crowd is next to none. An awesome place to catch up with colleagues for a work functions too!

The attached photo meal cost ??'? 70.00 all up which isn't too bad and we were full (I'm a big eater too).

We loved our Thai food and we especially loved their Deep fried fish with steamed veggies and their prawn fried rice. Their recent $25 family meal is a great value for money- you get a soup, entree, 2 main dish & 2 bowl of rice. However, staff needs further training on customer service, lacking patience and somewhat rude. And the food (promo deal) comes out a bit cold, as they have them prepared already. The soup in particular (Tom Yam), it used to be so nice and hot, but came out cold. I still like their Massaman beef and the calamari. Overall, food still taste good, portion size are ok and reasonably priced.

Oh yum love it! Order 2 set of the $25 meal which valid for Monday to Wednesday. The portion is reasonable and is tasty as well. We also ordered extra portion of $19.90 lobster noodles. I think it taste really good. Such great deal. Will definitely come back again.

Had the chicken pad Thai. Service when great when I was ordering the food and drinks, however, when I went to pick up the food the service was completely terrible (felt like I was spoken down to). Pad Thai was well presented and portion size was pretty decent. Taste wise it did not taste like Pad Thai. It was quite bland and sweet and had no real flavour besides the flavour of sweet soy sauce.

I meet my best friend here once a month for a scooner or two together, the last time we enjoyed a delicious meal together too.

There is a comfortable lounge near the bar where most of the time quiet conversation can be enjoyed, only once did I find the live musician was too loud, too early, but there seems to always be a different musician playing so it isn't the norm.

There is plenty of parking, the staff who greet at the entrance are warm, welcoming and helpful, visiting here is always a pleasant experience.

Now called "West HQ" is one of the best food destination at Sydney's West. It has variety of restaurants from steaks seafood, Asian and desert. I love the ambience and cleanliness of this place. Excellent food at a very reasonable price.

This is a great place to meet up for a bite to eat. I think the food court style as a family we can never agree on the same type of food. You have so many choices, Thai, pizza, Chinese, and a great steak place that serves up huge portions of chicken schnitzel as well as large fish portions that are pretty good.

Nice place to hang out. It would have been better if there was a place for kids right in the food area.The bowling zone is on the other side so basically you can be on one side at a time.

Great place to visit in Rooty Hill. Plenty of restaurant options there, plenty of parking. Very nice and clean and friendly staff. Good to go check it out at least once...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place itself looks nice and modern. But the funds that make it look like a Hollywood casino are derived from poor, hard-working and vulnerable Australians. A company that profits off the losses of these Australians shouldn't be legal in Australia or any country, but the Government allows it because they earn tax again from these vulnerable Australians. It's time the Government stood up and took ownership of the gambling monstrosity in this country and put an end to it once and for all. Stop praying on vulnerable Australians, and the hypocrisy of this is they offer a quit line for gambling... wow. How thoughtful. They should just turn the gambling venues into restaurants or something similar in my opinion... much cleaner money than gambling money... I do not know how the gambling companies and Government sleep at night. Karen Cheney
