One of the Best Pub feeds I've had in a long time. Food was excellent, well priced, staff where extremely helpful I would throughly recommend this pub
Not to mention the place was clean and smokers friendly.... I'm a non smoker but my friends smoke and you could not smell cigarettes smoke anywhere

A return visit for me after 25 yrs miss island bar gone ,but replaced with a small bar which is very functional .Pokies and tab are in a separate room.Sports Bar you can watch many different screens without any problem.

Accessible entry into the bistro, standard pub grub menu with slightly above-standard food. Candy machine for the kids. The venue caters more to the VIP / TAB clientele overall, but it is what it is. The worst thing about the place being...it's in Riverwood!

A fairly large hotel that attracts the more unusual and dubious clientele with its capacious bar and gambling rooms, I was there for the innocent reason of trying out their all-day $16 meals. It took some time navigating through each section to get to the bistro but once we were arrived, we were cautiously examining the chairs and tables for any strange stains which were spotted everywhere along the banquettes. We ordered $16 rump steak, lamb loin chops and kransky sausages at the counter and then buzzed in like any traditional pub with lukewarm service. Even though the pictures on the menu displayed exactly what our dishes looked like, we were taken aback by the enormous portions of meat, chips and salad. If you're picky about eating vegetables, the generous drizzle of honey mustard elevates the nutritious spinach and rocket with an enticing creamy and sharp sweetness. The chips were alright but in some places, they were overly salted. But both the sides successfully played its role in boosting the centrepieces of the dish. Three pieces of fresh and tender lamb chops that tasted wonderful when slathered with buttery mushroom gravy, triple the enjoyment. Then a more ridiculous serving of three hefty Kransky sausages grilled until the skin is crunchy, bursting with succulent and fiery juices. Dip it in the smooth, captivating diane sauce and you'll jump right down into Flavortown. The steak was also a picturesque sight except it had sat on the grill for too long and resulted in an irksome taste of charcoal that tainted the delicate layers of meat. I left the hotel with a satisfied appetite and an urge to return for another meal, it's awesome stuff!

Very reasonable priced , filling meals. Be prepared to wait an hour for your food. It was annoying to have to buzz for the bar staff every time you want a drink. PLEASE STOCK NON ALCOHOLIC ADULT DRINKS . I HAVE AN ALLERGY TO ALCOHOL. YOU WILL ATTRACT MORE PATRONS .

Visited Riverwood hotel and had a very pleasant experience with staff. The attention to detail and customer service, particularly from a staff member named Dianne, was impeccable. Dianne's work performance was outstanding and would be an asset to any venue! We'll definitely be back!

Located a few hundred meters away from riverwood station is located riverwood hotel. In a peaceful environment and friendly staffs, it's a perfect way to enjoy your favourite live sports with a chill beer. Also have the poker gaming.

Hadn't been for a few years and new people. Instead of nice fresh seafood in my pasta we got frozen bag and peices that small you had to dig around to find it. Not overly friendly. A little disappointing. Won't be rushing back

I was deceived by the high reviews. Thinking this place would be family friendly and would have decent pub food. $15 menu caught my eye, even though i heard rumors about what happens here, i thought it was a joke.The food was terrible- undercooked. Super Slow service and the cook kept sneezing and sniffing. Which warrants concerns for covid.Red flag when i saw all high rating reviews and by a certain gender. Maybe because of the little R rated shows they have on which degrades another certain gender.The fact not one review mentions what goes on there shows reviews are being hidden. I will monitor this review to see if it is hidden, note i will follow up with google. Reviews are meant to let people know what sort of experience are had. If i had known this was not a typical local pub in the suburbs but simply a venue to facilitate R rated adult performers, i would have not wasted a dime or time on this place.

Cozy atmosphere

Love this place only cause I lived in the area year's ago. Always love popping in when I'm out them way's. They too ahere to the covid restrictions as well.

Nice place to visit, there is a lot of pokies machines to go around! Service is very good!
