We had dinner at the new Haven Restaurant last night. WOW, it's gorgeous! The restaurant was busy, with a lovely atmosphere. Our meals were served in a very timely manner, and were delicious! The service was outstanding, bearing in mind the restaurant has only just adopted table service, and only been open a few days, this would've been no easy feat. Sincere congratulations to the entire team, for creating a beautiful, classy, modern and attentive dining experience!

My husband and I attend the Redlands Sporting Club Steak House Restaurant reasonably frequently on a Monday night and often order the steak. However, I just had one of the worst steaks I have ever had. I ordered the special - steak, chips, and salad. I ordered the steak to be medium-well done. Unfortunately when the steak arrived I did not turn it over or cut it in several place s to check if it was appropriately cooked (or at least this is what the manager Reece implied). When I first started to eat the steak I said to my husband it appeared a little well done. As I ate more of the steak it started to become obvious it was tasting more and more burnt, at which point I turned it over. On the underside it was burnt to a crisp. I called over the waiter who informed me there was nothing they could do because I had already eaten a portion of the meal. On my way out of the club, the employee at the front desk agreed with me the meal was not appropriate and called the manager 'Reece' to come have a look at the photos I had taken. His response was not much different to the waiter. He informed me if I had brought it to there attention, they could have dealt with it. I'm not sure that I could have informed them any earlier that the steak was burnt, I did not turn it over until it started to taste burnt. All I can say is if I attend the Steak House Restaurant again I will be making sure the waiter remains at the table until I have completely inspected the steak inside and out. To say the least I was not happy with the response from management.

We celebrated my son's birthday at one of his favorite dining spots, and it didn't disappoint! The atmosphere is family-friendly and accommodating for those with disabilities, including wheelchair access. The menu offers a delightful variety of tasty options, and there's a bar and café that cater to all preferences, including non-alcoholic choices.

We enjoyed a refreshing NZ Sauvignon and a charming mocktail, both delicious and perfectly crafted. Plus, there's always plenty of fresh cold water available.

Having visited occasionally for about six years, we still look forward to our time here, even with the changes over the years. The staff consistently provide a warm welcome; they are friendly and eager to help. We've never experienced long wait times for meals, and ordering is a breeze. The entertainment and music add to the enjoyable ambiance, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of service and food.

The venue also has multiple accessible restrooms and ample free parking. Plus, they even assist with storing birthday cakes, lighting candles, and serving them at just the right moment for celebrations.

Went for lunch on Mon 10 June. I ordered the premium chicken schnitzel which was nice but was told by the young girl when i ordered that i was not allowed to order the garlic prawn topper for my schnitzel as the toppers were only for the steaks, i have ordered toppers at other venues with no problem, but was taken back a little when i was denied my request, at $8.50 for the topper i find you are missing out with a bit more revenue, my meal came with a side of gravy , i was going to order a side of mushroom sauce but this was on the steak side so i didn't bother as i also thought this was only for the steaks, there was no mention the toppers were only for the steaks
