A historic pub in the town with cheap food and good beer
The decor hasn't changed since my first visit in 1993 although some areas have had a lick of paint
The new owners changed the names from the Rams Head as the old venue didn't have a good reputation
Had lunch and a beer today and enjoyed it

First time patronising this country pub. Very impressed. Great food, atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Recommended.

We had a day out driving from Toowoomba to Dalby to Millmerran and back to Toowoomba. We stopped into the Sundowner hotel for lunch. Our choice was Rump steak, medium rare with salad and chips, and pepper sauce. Brilliant meal and it was delivered in 8 minutes.
