(MT Pritchard) Great place, had booked room 16 which is tastefully decorated, clean, spacious and has everything for a comfortable stay. Only thing this motel could probably improve on would be to give the bar and reception staff payrises! The staff fom the time of check in and during each interaction were kind, personable and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Great food for a good price. Place needs a big renovation but definitely worth it for the tasty food.

Portions way too large. Steak had grizzle all over and was not rested so bled over the plate. Ordered drinks using the QR code disc but waitress could not identify which table so was walking around asking who ordered. You can do better

We spent a night at 'Nightcap on Pritchard's Hotel' last night and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the price. Excellent value for money! The outside looks a bit dated, but the rooms are freshly renovated with contemporary furnishings. Our room was nice and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay again when passing back through.

My hubby and I are amazed at the bad reviews. We have been for lunch on many occasions and we feel the standard of food is as good if not better than local clubs.
I love your Mona Lisa picture behind the bar. Your salad is the best and the size of the meals is excellent. I always take some home for my dinner at night

We visited on Sunday the 19th. The food was tasty and most of the staff were nice but unfortunately one particular workers service (or lack there of) ruined the entire experience for us. This man who worked at the bar and games room around lunch time treated my mother very poorly. Just because someone has an accent it does not mean they are stupid! This man was very ignorant to treat migrants this way and I also saw him yell at a mentally delayed child for being in the games room. The female employees tried to help the child while this man yelled instead. I believe he was a manager due to him wearing a different uniform. Disgusting behaviour and we will not be going back.

I had a meal at the hotel , & I can tell you it was the worst meal I have had.. I ordered a sausage & mash lunch, the sausage was made of cerial of some sort, no meat of any description, no flavour soggy mash, this was a kids meal, imagine what the adults meal could be, & I had no apology from the kitchen either...no more meals from that kitchen for me.. thanks!!

The service at this hotel is the absolutely top tier. The staff Shenay and Kelly, Tammy M are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I highly recommend you stay here. There is also a magic door which you should look out for.

Good place to eat with decent size meals at a reasonable price. TAB area is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beer is always nice and cold and taste great!

Went here last Friday and was disappointed with how run down the place has become... stray cat that circles around you whilst you're eating outside which is disgusting.

I ordered chicken parmigiana which was good value for money and tasted fine. However my partner ordered a Surf and turf and the steak was so chewy he couldn't finish it making it not good value.

Apon leaving a clearly intoxicated lady was out the front cursing at everyone with her case of bourbon she just bought from the bottle shop... not a great reflection of the club considering we had kids with us and there were kids in the car park also.

Super dissatisfied as I used to visit here regularly after playing for my local softball team and it used to be great... not sure id ever visit this place again nor would i recommend.

Great food and so affordable. The $12 steaks are the best served with yummy salad and the mushroom sauce is perfection. We sat outside under the fairy lights, even our children loved it. Will definitely be back!!

Food was below average.. I had asked for the $22.00 Meal.. I had asked where the produce was from, Fish was frozen imported from Thialand and Canada, Why eat fish that has taken time to be shipped here..WHERE IS OUR OWN FRESH AUSRTRALIAN PRODUCE..
