Good prices, good meals including a side salad. My chicken breast was juicy and tender, but the chips were a little overcooked. Small gripe for an overall very nice, simple meal. Beautifully clean although ageing interior. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Food and drink was amazing!! Don't let the slightly old fashioned appearance scare you away, the food was massive portions and delicious so great value for price. Recommend the schnitzel with the Kilpatrick topping. Service was amazing all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean but have an old fashioned appearance, as expected for the price. Great!!!

My daughter has Celiacs disease, when I booked for dinner the managers were very friendly and catered for celiacs with a designated deep fryer. They offered a lot more GF meal option's compared to what you are usually given at other restaurants. We will definitely be coming here again! Great service and beautiful meal.

Great takeaway dinner at the pub. Coeliac/ gluten free friendly options and the people who served us were all over how to change things to make it suitable! Above and beyond what I expected and got a hearty pub meal out of it.

We stopped here for lunch and were very happy as they were dog friendly 😀. The food was good, not a huge selection but well cooked and presented. 'Honest pub grub'. Good wine and welcoming atmosphere. A good place to stop for lunch.

I haven't been here yet but I hear the food is amazing , on the other hand I have had the pleasure of being in contact with Simone , who went out of her way to deliver herself a voucher I purchased from them for my Mum for Christmas .

Hotel has no atmosphere. Just loud locals. Food is poor.
Service at the bar seems to depend on one bloke. The other old guy there is next to useless.
Rooms are noisy with paper thin walls and you hear the other rooms and constant truck noise.
Shower is tiny 1m x 1m. Hard to get good water temperature balance.
Over priced dump even for $90.

Found this little gem on the way to explore the area . The staff were so lovely and helpful. The area is clean and welcoming and the food quality is perfect.
My annoying cousin got the vegetarian delight and she said it was fantastic. Give this place a try well worth it.

Coming home from Adelaide we found this place at 7.50pm on a Saturday night. Booked a room - bistro was jumping. Wasn't a problem to cook us a meal (even though I hate inconveniencing people who've already had a long day) Chicken schnitzel was huge and delicious. Great Northern was ice cold and super refreshing - would have helped myself to a few only had a very early start the next day.
Room was quiet and very good hotel accomodation.

Booked this place based on the Google reviews. I write them, so I trust them. Turns out that the pub has a motel attached...not the upstairs set up I expected. No matter...I had a spacious room with everything I needed, and I think it was less than $100. It certainly wasn't more. The meal I had was so nice. I decided to have and compare chicken schnitzels at pubs for the whole trip, and this one was really nice. It was huge, and I had to ask for something to take the leftovers away. Comfortable stay. Good value.

Had lunch on a Sunday and the food was great and service quick. Highly recommend

Had dinner there. Arrived about 6 and it was dead. Barman advised to wait 30 minutes and the people would arrive. So we grabbed a table, and waited. The bistro opened at the same time as the people started to arrive. From a deserted pub to a rockin place in a short time. Great service and great food. I recommend this place.

Excellent service, took the shuttle provided by the hotel from Big 4 caravan park and back, and right back too our cabin. Variety of salads in the salad bar, yes this pub has a salad bar and it was fresh with variety of pub food with great and upbeat staff. One aspect that could be improved is on arrival that there is someone to greet you into the dinning room, especially if you have never been there before.

Just had a fantastic meal at the Paringa Hotel, I had the grilled chicken with Killpatrick sauce, and my wife had the grilled fish. Both were perfectly cooked. Combine this with the freshest salad bar made it a great meal.
The staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure that it is a great evening for everyone. The place has a great country atmosphere, and it's clear that the staff take great pride and care in the hotel. The courtesy bus will even take us back to the Big4 in Renmark, which is a great bonus as the weather has changed since the short walk here.

Great food and when staying at the vamp ground a 10% voucher is provided for the pub. Good food. Good atmosphere. Great location to camp grounds .. worht a stop.

Perfecto. The attention to detail from every staff member is so appreciated. Menu well thought out and presented in a way that makes so much sense (you'll know when you read it). Salad bar, hello, spot on. And all I can say is the pepper gravy is simply the BEST I have ever had out - thick, flavour, popping peppercorns, generous serve and just so perfect in every single way (thanks chef). Full house on a Sunday night also says a lot.

Booked 2 nights accommodation in the motel recently, we found the room clean and tidy with nice linen , the room was quite spacious although a bit dim, needing a refurb though.
Parking is at the door so that's good.
Bar service was efficient and friendly.
We booked a table in the restaurant on the advice of the staff, we ordered 2 entrees a garlic bread and a salad bar, the special soup of the day was advertised as potato and leek or vice versa which was disgusting it was thin and lacking any of what was advertised, the garlic bread came out as garlic toast also disappointing, the salad bar was just passable, so based on what was served to us we never ordered a main course.
The second night of our stay we went elsewhere for food and drinks.

Surprisingly busy little pub, so make sure to book. Friendly staff, they know their wines & the meals were delicious. Would definitely go back again

Very different to the city pub vibe I'm used to Very much a locals haunt. But was made to feel welcome. Servings at the bistro are super generous. Especially the schnitzel. Drank some local hard Pink Lemonade and played pool terribly. Great night and place to visit if you're in the area

What a great meal, great venue. We had tbone steak and crispy salmon. Salad bar available if you don't have veges and wines are very reasonably priced. Call and book a table as the Saturday night was fully.booked. Friendly staff lots of locals and a courtesy bus if you live in Paringa or Renmark just book it through the hotel. Well worth a visit.

I am a visitor from the south pacific but fortunately for me I have been taught the full 5 Star service from a professional of this country before coming here, the service in this "small establishment " is terrible! I have been in smaller establishments where I have received better treatment than this! I have come all this way from a dot on the map A.K.A Tonga because the local Australians don't to participate in the farm work(fruit picking) which provides 1.2 billion to the economy per annum so why should we be treated this because most of us don't speak proper English?

Great food. Excellent customer service. Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Rooms were a bit dated but very comfortable.

The annual watching the footy (Crows game) after the Orienteering race was improved by the ability to drown sorrows with a few nice ales. Very tolerant, even allowed Hawthorn fans (there were some ... WTAF?) inside.

The staff were exceptional nothing was to hard for them they were all very friendly meals were absolutely beautiful. The mushroom gravy on my steak was the best mushroom gravy I have ever had. My steak was cooked to my perfection. Can't wait till my next visit there when I am in South Australia next.

Rooms are not good, bed covers were not clean at all.

I support local business so just an advice to improve, I think your management just need to put more stress on cleaning service. They were not regular and bed covers need cleaning.

Awful the only reason it gets a 1 is because of the clean sheets and comfy bed. I ran the shower for 5 minutes it wasn't even lukewarm, ran the sink tap and got hot water so I tried the shower for another 2 minutes still no hot water, the bathroom shows obvious signs of mould. The unit looked grubby and is very dated the bedspreads would have been from the 70's and looked grimy. Beware of the uneven concrete surface in front of the pub where you have to go to book in, with the glare I didn't see it and tripped and fell. I would not recommend this place to anyone..
