We stayed one night at the Ophir hotel. The room were lovely and provided with many basics. The rooms were clean, and there was an aircon and heater for cold and hot nights. However, we did struggle to find the accommodation at first. Since the hotel is connected to a pub and resteraunt, all the parking was full, and to book in, you need to go to the main bar and ask to book in. There is a sign when you walk into the resteraunt saying to book in through the bar, but we were confused nonetheless. We also ate in the connected resteraunt which js under the same business. The food was delicious, however, we asked for entrees first, and they made the entrees and mains all together which we weren't happy with since we had to rush to make sure things weren't cold. We also ordered dessert, and they asked us for our buzzer after we had mains. It turns out that they had forgotten our desserts, and it wasn't until I asked that they realised, which was very lucky since it was after the kitchen closing time and they were kind enough to make our desserts. All was delicious, except the chocolate sauce with the churros which was literally chocolate topping squeezed from a store bought bottle. We enjoyed the experience, but think it could be improved upon.
