The place was nice and convenient; but staff was not very professional. She (the receptionist) did not ask for my name properly, she gave me a wrong room (without checking my ID, she did not ask for my ID when I was checking in).
I ended up paying more for what I booked (I paid $69 more), because I took someone else room. She (the receptionist) called me a few hours later, complained that I signed the wrong contract (room contract). I know it was my fault, as I was very tired from a long road trip, and I did not check as I trusted them giving me the right one; but HOW COULD YOU BLAME THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU DID NOT CHECK THEIR ID CARD?
She also lied, said I did not give her the ID card (she did not ask for it when I was checking in). I guess she was next to her boss when she was trying to talk to me, so she blame me on her mistake. If the receptionist asked for your ID card when checking in your hotel room, how could you not give it to them and still get a room???
So, the place was 4.5 stars (it was good), but the service made it 3. Just make sure you check the room first before paying.
