Stopped here on a Sunday morning, not for golf but for coffee and a snack during our morning bike ride. Located next to the Kedron Brooke Bikeway, with plenty of places to leave the bike. Outdoor terrace with nice views over the golf course.

A little dated inside, still very friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere, finger food available, cold beverages at the clubhouse, buggys available at the pro shop. Situated close to the motorway, a huge carpark with ample parking. Unsure on green fees as we were sponsored on the day. Course is in good condition green's fast and right amount of difficulty was a nice day.

Poor Form.
Turned up today, with 2 from Melbourne and 1 from Townsville. We booked online(paid also), to play competition and subsequently the pro shop entered us in for competition also. We arrived 1 hour before our scheduled tee time, to check in and were told we weren't playing competition today because we were not invited by a member, despite the club entering us to play. Told to go social and to hit "whenever you're ready". Understood, so we go hit range balls, then return to the clubhouse to be told that we should have hit off at some random time at 06.56am and essentially we're the problem. Communication lacking. Pretty ordinary Fella's. We've got another round booked somewhere else tomorrow and I'm reasonably certain, the experience will be better than today.

Visited this course a few weeks ago and it was a lovely course, but rude pro-shop staff member! Taller man with silver/grey-ish hair... the way he spoke to us was quite rude and he was a bit of a smart a** ! Not a good look or representation of the club, especially for visitors and prospect members. Hopefully he isn't there next time we visit! Disappointing behaviour.

Last round at Nudgee for me.

After playing on Sunday, it felt like I was playing golf on the beach with the amount of sand used on all fairways and greens of the Bulka course. Was charged full price with no notice from the club online when I booked that there was this kind of maintenance present. We were met with a very vague, poor excuse offered from the pro shop staff member on shift that day when I queried the issue before we teed off. Understand maintenance is an essential part of all golf courses at this time of year, but a heads up would have been nice and I'd have played elsewhere for far less than $75.

Definitely the worst experience today.
Felt like I played every shot from a bunker today with the amount of sand on the fairways.
Also paid full price on line, with no mention of fairway and greens under maintenance. Understand the need for maintenance, but to happily take bookings at full price during this time is just ridiculous.
Obviously Nudgee is more concerned about being a big business than a club.
Last time for me

The coarse is very hard to navigate with limited signage.Previous reviews indicate the Nudgee are aware of this but think that eveyone that plays there are members and know there way around.
Greens are not bad.
Biggest dissapointment was the food. Microwaved chicked parmi was terrible along with the lack of service behind bar. Definitely not a place to go to eat.
Much better value around.

Lovely golf course, the Kurria is a very challenging course for a beginner such as myself. Unfortunately the price isn't reflected in the ongoing improvements of the course. More yardage guidance is needed and general signage is needed, especially since most GPS apps aren't up to date with the course which increases the challenge

I was charged $115 for 18 holes. This included a cart without a GPS, so without consistent distance markers, you have to be a surveyor to hit the right club.
Course is in good condition but not worth the inflated price, greens are rock hard. There are other courses in Brisbane charging $40- 50 less and in similar condition.

Fast greens with plenty of slopes to confound players used to more benign conditions. Do you prefer the noise from nearby motorway traffic or the gentle roar of aircraft on the runway at the other end of the fairway? Enjoy the finest in noisy Brisbane golf courses, with a sprinkling of high tension power lines thrown in for good measure. Plenty of hazards and out of bounds on nearly all 18 holes of the Bulka course, and a stiff breeze to boot. Given the cost to play, you can find a more relaxing place to play at half the price.

Course layout and condition is fantastic, however, paying $45 for 9 holes walking when there is no gps and minimal distance markings is crazy. Shooting blind on a challenging course like that takes away from the experience.
When will the new course layout be added to golf apps?

Nice course however, the course has hardly any metre/yardage markers. Course was under renovation but was charged $75 for a round which is not worth it. Not in a hurry to play there again at that price. Was so looking forward to it but left very disappointed.

Nice courses, however as as a first time player there I found it very frustrating that there was no signage at each green directing you to the next tee box. Especially as there are two courses linked together!
$75 greenfees was also a bit pricey.

Solid course however, half the course has no metre/yardage markers. Also, you can see that the course is not getting watered enough and fairways are becoming extremely hard. Not worth the $75 for a round.

I took an interstate friend here for beers & catch-up. The woman behind the bar was so not interested in service or help. Chips were pre-cooked then microwaved & served tepid. Coffee was only warm.
I apologised to my friend for such a really poor experience. I hope the course is better than the service & quality of bar/food.

Fun course (Bulka) in good condition, with hard greens that play like a links. As an interstate traveller the staff were very accomodating. Would really like to come back and play the Kurrai Course.

After the recent redevelopment Nudgee has simply become the best golf course in Brisbane.

Possibly one of the best and challenging courses in Brisbane. Well maintained fairways and greens. Beautiful course.

The layout is being changed so it's a long distance between tees. If we had of known we would have tried to get a motorized cart. It was difficult to get distance on holes with little markers to go by. Once it's finished I'm sure it will be great but until then not good. You need to on your game.

Tough to enjoy without a range finder at the moment.
Phone apps don't work, watches don't work, and no meterage signage.
Par 3's and you have no idea if it's 100m or 180m (apart from guesswork). Map given is horrible with zero info. I have no doubt this will be an awesome course when finished, but for the next 6 months it is only for locals.

Pristine golf course in really good condition... Really like the new course renovations going on, looks like it's going to be one of the better Brisbane courses!
Food is really nice with extremely good prices and pro shop staff are fairly friendly...
Highly recommend coming down to play after the course renovations are finished (early-mid 2022).
As most likely social play will be limited...

Overall superb golf course.

Course is undergoing renovations due to resumption of land. New holes are amazing Once completed it will be the best course in Queensland Still playable and worth the visit, especially if you play the new holes on the old south course. Even more enjoyable now that you won't run into Ross Spring.
