Booked to stay here one night when in Adelaide for work. Got to the hotel and they told me no hot water! Staff said this issue had been occurring all day but didn't even try to call me to advise me of this issue. Staff were unable to book me onto another of the properties within the same group so I ended up having to drive 30 minutes into the CBD to get to a different hotel I found myself. Give it a miss.

Perfect place for a short or a weekend stay, clean rooms and friendly staff.

I only stayed for one night so not sure how the room service is.

Checking in is through the bar, a bit different but not really an issue.

I thought it was a very good hotel.
The conditions of a good hotel are determined by the quality of the staff.

We stayed at this accomodation in February this year, and Lilly's service to us was so immaculate that when we visited again in May, we stayed at the same hotel. Lilly's service again was the highlight of the stay, she went above and beyond and her attention to detail is fantastic. We will be staying here again.
