Had an amazing experience at Newmarket hotel. Great customer service (Thank you for the laughs Courtney!!), delicious food and all round great atmosphere. If your looking for somewhere to enjoy your nights (or days!) Definitely a place to check out. Had a great time. Thank you!

Served by Courtney over the weekend when we came in for a dinner reservation - our first time eating here & we loved our experience! Great suggestions on food and wine pairing, will definitely be back! Huge thanks to Courtney for her great service!!

Waited 30 mins and got starters followed 2 mins later by mains! 3 steaks came. We chased for the rest. 10 mins later a fish meal arrived. Then when I chased for the remaining main they asked me what it was. Over one hour since arriving and no main ND having to chase. Management needs to take a look. Never used to he so bad here. Until improved I would not suggest coming here unless you are very patient. Fish meal had a salad which consisted of hot and cold items which was confusing to taste buds and really did not work at all. See picture. However the steaks were good

My friend and I walked past the Newmarket hotel. We noticed a very warm and friendly atmosphere and decided to go in for something to eat and a drink. We were very impressed with the Service staff who created this wonderful atmosphere. Their knowledge of the food and drinks menu was impeccable. The green curry spring rolls were delicious. We would highly recommend the Newmarket hotel for the staff's professional service, quality of food and welcome-friendly atmosphere.
