I wouldn't come here for a meal, over half of the menu items were unavailable and had to send a burger back (as pictured), don't know why they thought it was okay to serve it in the first place. But I would definitely come back for a drink. Nice atmosphere, cold beer, lots of seating.

We visited last weekend for a bite to eat & a couple of drinks. It is a really nice pub right on the Corso with a slim view of Manly Beach from the rooftop bar. We ordered the Loaded Fries to share & they were really good. The wait time was about 45 mins which we were informed about when ordering which was good but the pub wasn't really very busy.

I also like the fact that all reviews are responded to which to me is the sign of a good business who cares about its customers & their feedback.

Took my dad here for father's day. Although we were aware that the wait time was an hour, waiting an hour and 15 mins for cold food is absolutely unexceptable. The chicken burger was uncooked and the service was very poor. Don't waste your money.

Saffron & Ricardo were amazing!!! Their professionalism and humour went a long way. My entire group who attended our booking were so impressed and cannot wait to go back! Thank you both to the star bartenders for the amazing experience. Definitely will be coming back soon. Go Shark Bar!!!

Went here recently for a couple of beers and a game of pool. Had some takeaways with us and they were kind enough to offer to put in the fridge for us. Pool tables were good, the cues straight and the beer cold so pretty happy.

Ordered a beer and some wings. 30 mins later and still waiting for the wings. Pretty ordinary. Vibe was dead as per photo, so can't explain why it took 35 mins to deliver food.

Recently visited Manly while on my trip to Sydney and ate dinner at New Brighton Hotel.

The pub is in a great location, boasting beach views on the second floor and rooftop. Definitely somewhere to visit if you'd like to eat a meal with a view.

The food was also good - classic pub feed options. Can't fault it.

Staff were lovely and happily assisted us when changing one of our meal's ingredients.

We ordered a Rump Steak, Korean Fried Chicken burger and drinks. The burger was great, would rate 9/10 and the steak was 1/10. It was overcooked and burnt and bitter in test. However, the superfriendly staff asked us if we want the refund or another steak. We got another steak and unfortunately it was still burnt outside and bitter in test and couldn't eat even after trying to eat. However, the sides (Mash and Veg) was perfectly cooked.

We went to put feedback and another friendly staff later on provided us refund.

I recommend to try the burgers and drinks. And would probably come back again for the burgers and the customer service. Appreciate the management and staff.

The Rooftop Garden Bar was perfect venue for my 40th party. Every guest enjoyed the view, ambiance and the food. Thank you for looking after us and the great communication on the night and also the planning stages.
Highly recommend this spot for any function you need.

Solid friendly spot!

Wait staff were very available and friendly. Food came out reasonably quickly.

Double smash burger was solid. Great jams and sauces. Bun was a bit big and patties were a bit thicker than what I'd normally consider a smash...slightly bland meat but sauce made up for it. Chips were crispy but somehow slightly undercooked.

Overall, solid, friendly and well priced spot for a casual bite. Considering the view and location, price was great!

Great spot to have some drinks and enjoy the view of the water, super friendly and helpful staff, big portion of the food but unfortunately the food's quality was below avarage to me.

An excellent venue for our son's 21st. We were on Level 1 and had a fabulous view over Manly beach. The staff are wonderful and they made the whole process very easy, right from the initial enquiry. The food was excellent - all our guests commented on the quality of the food. I would highly recommend this place for a function.

Great hotel on the corner of Sydney Road and The Corso out door seating with partial views of beach. Nice second floor bar balcony seating and nice pub food. Friendly staff.

I celebrated my birthday here recently with friends and had the absolutely best day! We sat out on the balcony enjoying the wonderful ocean views. The cocktails were amazing and so was the food. We especially loved the tacos. The staff were so friendly and even the managers came out to wish me a Happy Birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend you stop by

Great pub in an awesome location. Food was great. Make sure you try and get up as high as you can - the rooftop bar is awesome.

Great spot for a few drinks especially on the wraparound balcony with ocean views. But if you're looking for good quality, fresh, tasty pub food, save your money and go elsewhere. Parmi was close to the worst I've had - tough and dry. Chips were totally cold on arrival at the table. Waiting staff lacklustre and indifferent.

We love this pub. Meals are consistently good. Upstairs verandah is a lovely place to eat away from the buzz of the sports bar downstairs. Disappointed our meal was slow today. A table of four served before us, having ordered after us (only two). Kitchen needs to up it's game. We ordered before it got busy.

They say location is everything and The New Brighton is a great location,, located right on Manly's bustling Corso. It's great for people viewing and it's a glasshouse with lots of natural light so it has a light and breezy atmosphere that's addictive and that's why I keep on coming back each week. The food is great and very reasonably priced and they have a beer of the month which is as cheap as chips. Can't recommend the place highly enough!

Love the atmosphere and the openness to the goings on around the Corso. The staff are super friendly, and the food, drinks are very reasonably priced. Best pub in Manly town!!!

The best craft beer & service in Manly. 33 Degrees (1st floor up) has a superb selection.
Top compliments to Henry, the beer manager.
He really knows craft beer. That's what keeps us Manly locals coming back to only this pub.
Don't go anywhere else people, if you have a good taste in beer!

Lunch today took 1hr and 10minutes to arrive and was below average! When it finally came parts were inedible. Cold chips, barely warm fish and schnitzel. Absolutely disgusting kids burgers made of sausage mince, so my kids waited all this time to eat a bun with sauce. It's beyond me why kids burgers are served with lesser ingredients (beef) than the adult burgers!
Every table surrounding us was annoyed with the slow service. Management told us they had one person in the kitchen and gave us a half a jug of free coke!! Tell people upon ordering if there is going to be an extended wait.
It's school holidays guys, not good enough! Put more staff on! Disappointing considering we'd travelled 90mins for a nice lunch and left hungry.

A great spot to sit and watch the world go by. Good range of beers and ciders on tap, in particular Reschs in the bar downstairs. Bar staff were very friendly. Plenty of sport on the various big screens downstairs or chill out on the balcony upstairs or rooftop. Lunch specials are good value for money.

This is my favorite bar to have a drink while in Manly. They have a good range of beers and cocktails are delicious and well priced (12 dollars for an aperol spritz is almost a bargain!). Looking forward to spending more afternoons on their balcony this summer :)

We had an issue at the door (with a friends broken shoe) but Henry was so quick to sort it out. He came and let us know where a good table was we could sit at, brought us menus and made sure everything was alright at the table. Fantastic service!

Great venue on a Summers afternoon on the balcony or Rooftop. Tasty menu at a reasonable price. Friendly and cheerful staff.

My partner's steak was cold, my fish and chips was ok but small portion for what I'm used to from pub food. Would have loved a little salad on the side as well... At $24 it seems a bit stingy.No napkins given to us when food was brought out/none were readily available.
