Such a beautiful outlook. The choice of food for lunch was excellent and hard to decide what to order.
I had the swordfish done with lemon pepper served with chats potatoes and salad. Wonderful tasting and so enjoyable.
The Cowra lamb cutlets with veg my friend had was so tasty and good too.
Shared a home-made pear cheesecake with a pomegranate raspberry glaze sauce on side.
The service was wonderful and must go back to try more of their delicious looking menu choices.
You had a choice to sit in restaurant with great views, on a covered side balcony overlooking the river or in an area closer to the bar.
I recommend this club restaurant as a must visit, to enjoy their views and food

Very nice course, really scenic with water all around the course, greens are very good, fairways are fine, good variety of holes, nice pro shop and Grant is friendly and helpful. Excellent club house overlooking the river and a great place to relax after you finish your golf

Fabulous place to relax by the river with friends. Eat, drink, be merry & howl at the moonrise, or groove along to local live music on Sunday afternoons.

We were carried away by the name of this place and location. We were taken by surprise when we entered the place. So ordinary place with a local pub feel with very very few food options. Please don't go here based on previous reviews and average rating.

Great food fantastic staff and a brilliant courtesy bus driver who is down to earth can have a yarn to clean and tidy would highly recommend to anyone and will go back again

Good meals cold beer and a water front view. We were having lunch and dolphins swimming in the back ground. Very nice place

Best view of the Nambucca river with a beauiful feed. Family friendly and customer service 5 star. Stop in and enjoy.

A nice country course just coming out of the effects of an horrendous flood. Great to see a real sense of community with people pulling together to see the course re open asap.
The food in the restaurant was 1st class with plenty of fresh ingredients well presented, delicious at a reasonable price, A far cry from the standard schnitzels and steaks.
It is pretty special playing, eating and drinking on an island in a river

Awesome location nestled on the Nambucca river with lovely outdoor patio a little hidden gem! Great reasonably priced delicious menu with good old fashioned friendly service.

This is a really enjoyable course. Situated on a very small island really does make this 18 hole course something different. Good for the serious and social golfer. Loads of different holes to give you a challenge. The 19th hole also very enjoyable, with warm friendly staff.

A very nice club to relax at, lovely scenery, and a great outlook. Friendly staff and a great restaurant. If you are going past it is a must see.

Beautiful course on a small island, great views and breeze of the water. Was quite wet we played so the course wasn't runing it's best but a great spot.

We had a family get together dinner at the Island Restaurant at the Golf Club last Friday night and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the great views over the river as the sun set. The chef did an amazing job of getting 11 delicious meals out to us - all in one go! The kingfish special and the fresh (not frozen) gold band snapper fish & chips were a standout. Stone steak grill a winner too! Friendly staff, good range of options on the menu to suit pretty much every taste (some vego ones too) & lovely outdoor deck. Thankyou!

Pleasant day on the course. Greens are in good condition.
Update - played the golf course again today 4th December 2020. The fairways were in the best condition I've seen and the greens were again in good condition rolling true.

Great course, clothing specials and helpful staff in pro shop. Cannot understand why not more people having a beer in the club on a Sunday afternoon. Great location.
