This pharmacy is well laid out, inviting and has all you need.
A special mention to the pharmacists who have been so helpful and knowledgeable each time I've been there. This isn't my closest pharmacy but I will be returning anytime I need a prescription or pharmacy items.

My husband got badly hurt. He was bleeding.
I came to the pharmacy but it was not open yet. But the team and shariff was so helpful. They allowed me to enter the shop before 9 AM and gave me the best and quick advice so that i can quickly go back to my husband and clean his wound.

More than business they really helped me in all possible ways. Thank you for all your help. I will remember this incident for life.

Shariff and all the staff are very knowledgeable and wonderfully friendly. Everyone is always happy to help and you are always greeted with a smile upon entry to the store. Their customer service is exemplary. Highly recommended.

Pharmacist is lovely..but got served by the rudest girl at the register...so much attitude and no customer service. Asked a question about price matching and was blatantly refused even though I had proof from another chemist and I know they have priced match before..

Wanted to purchase the sisterhood mystery bag and when I put it on the counter she rudely asked 'what's that!" She had no idea...

If I see her on the register again, I will walk away until I know someone more approachable is ready to help with my purchase in the future.

Special mention to pharmacy assistant Siena, Fabiene & Adam. Everytime I come into the store I am always greeted and asked if I require any assistance. The store is very well laid out and easy to pick out a huge selection of products, the question really is.. what don't they have?

The customer service & support here is amazing. I have a medication that needs to be specially ordered in, and it's always in on time, and they often call to let me know it's arrived. All the staff are very friendly, respectful & helpful. They always call you by name (which always catches me off guard, haha! But it makes you feel especially welcome). Special thank you to Mel for always being so helpful in answering any questions I have, and in being so patient & friendly! Always goes above and beyond to help.

I regularly attend Priceline Pharmacy at The Grove in Baulkham Hills. I always receive fantastic customer service from all staff and Sharif goes above and beyond to ensure that my medication is available asap (has to be specially ordered in).
Top service with a laugh thrown in for good measure which is always a bonus when having to attend a place on a regular basis.

High quality products at a good price & most importantly very attentive & friendly staff. Excellent customer service by Iman, the pharmacist. Highly recommended

The staff are courteous and helpful. I had trouble getting my medication at my local chemist, and they were only too happy to help me out. They aren't local for me but I will continue to go there for my medication.

I want to make a post to acknowledge and share how amazing Shariff and the staff at Priceline Baulkham Hills are. My parents both get their medication there and he remembers ALL of our family's names and all the little details (especially as my parents now struggle with memory/confusion). They have gone way above and beyond multiple times to help us out.
If you want a more personalised experience (even from a huge company like Priceline), I highly recommend trying them out.

Very professional and friendly staff. I had an emergency and reached the pharmacy 4 minutes after the closing time, Shariff was very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend Priceline Baulkham Hills for their professionalism and customer service!

Update: Since the pharmacy has changed to Priceline. It is much harder to get the same level of service as they are much busier. We're hoping this will improve as they settle in further.

I wish I could give them 10 stars because they really deserve it. Me and my family members were in isolation and we were in dire need of medicines. We tried to order online home delivery but couldn't do it as they don't do home delivery for prescription medicines. We tried different options but it didn't work.

Those medicines were very important and it included inhalers as well. We called Priceline and they told us to take the screenshots of prescription and email them and they'll arrange home delivery for us. The guy who delivered the medicines genuinely offered help If required in future.

Baulkham Hills Priceline is one of the best if not the best Priceline's I have visited. They now manage all mine and my family's scripts. All Pharmacists specially Sheriff are most helpful and serve their customers in the most courteous and friendly manner. They are always proactive in providing advise on both OTC and script medication and make valuable suggestions. I feel confident about the support they give me and am always happy to go to them for even small medical purchases that could otherwise come from the grocer as well.

Myself working in customer service in my previous job really appreciate the fabulous customer service I receive every time I have shopped at Priceline Baulkham Hills from Pharmacist Sharrif & all his staff. The best pharmacy I've come across. All the pharmacist on duty at any given time are kind patient and helpful. I've noted the kindness they give to the ageing community and that makes me happy. I can never go just for med pick ups I always leave with hair or beauty products in my hand. Did I need? No. But did I want ? YES. All the customer assistant staff are also as amazing with their knowledge and helpful nature. What a brilliant asset to the local community. THANKYOU

In addition to regular excellent service regarding advice, the service here goes above and beyond. When struggling with a child with Covid who failed to respond to Nurofen, they sent out paracetamol after hours. We are so grateful.

I usually hate the service (or lack of) in huge pharmacy franchises, however, Priceline Baulkham Hills is the sole exception.

This pharmacy has absorbed the former family-owner Mullane's Pharmacy, thus, has the exceptional service of a small business but the stock range and great prices of a discount pharmacy.

Highly recommend for either scripts or retail, the dispensary and floor staff are also really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

I went to the pharmacy to look for an eyeliner. Nicole, the beauty advisor approached me and asked me if I need any help. Nicole was very friendly, professional and passionate about giving advices on cosmetics and skin care products. I felt welcome and happy in such an engaging beauty advice services. Definitely will be going back again to this newly opened pharmacy soon.
