Rang 10 am today to book a table and courtesy bus to be picked up a 5 pm. 40 degree day so we are standing out the front of caravan park waiting for 15 minutes . Called club to be told no booking was made for us and there's heaps of others waiting too, as the bus driver hasn't arrived. Missed out on our money and never again poor effort

I write to give my thanks to a particular member of staff her name as far as I know is Sophie a member of bar staff who offered service over and above her call of duty. She was able to see I need additional help and she was there to help. Thank you Sophie you made my farely ordinary night special,

A friendly club with cheap beer and daily specials in the Bistro which are also inexpensive and reasonable quality. A great place to visit if you like to drink and eat at a good clean venue that appears to look after its members and supports the local comunity.

It's probably the nicest place to spend some time if you enjoy the usual club atmosphere. The club has a bistro and is open for lunch and dinner. Bingo through the day, which seems to be attended by the retired, but does look like fun. I find it a quiet place to do some work on my laptop while eating lunch. They have pokies like all club and lawn bowls out the back. A decent range of beer on tap. It's worth a look if you like country clubs.

A truly great club the food and service are fantastic but tell me why being an RSL you Don't show more Respect and play the ODE more than once a week poor effort Bring back the RESPECT .

Ordered 2 meals. 1 arrived promptly, the other more than 35 min later. No explanation offered other than "Oh you know how it is!" Well no, not really!

Yep, a service club, need an I'd to enter. The meals were smaller than an. Average pub meal. Good Chinese here however (they seem to run the kitchen). Lots of pokies if you into that. Outdoor pokie area (smoking). Very big place, was there for State of Origin (3), they served free food. Helpful friendly staff. Will go again. This place also charged the bill to the adjacent motel (which I stayed at) and this was very convenient.

Meals are great. However was told linedancing was on Thursday evening. Got a couple of nights extra accommodation only to find it has been cancelled again Advertised Tuesday and Thursdays . Fix up your website

enjoyed a $5.00 schooner on special plus a very descent serve of Chinese tucker. disappointed that the bowls greens were under repair. music a bit loud for me on Saturday night

Visited for a few drinks & dinner while staying in Moree recently and definitely can recommend as a place to eat while in Moree. Staff were friendly & food/drink was priced incredibly well. Food was decent (steak was cooked as requested, chips were great, serving sizes were excellent etc.).

Visited for dinner on a stop over. Not sure what all the other recent reviews are about with bad food and service. We had great food and service. Shared a few of the asian dishes, fresh, tasty but not oily like sometimes fried rice etc can be. Courtesy bus picked and drop us to our accommodation. Reasonable priced drinks from the bar too.

To start, we understand bistro is owned separately to the RSL..
Steak was cooked okay.. veal parmigiana okay .. and unfortunately that's where the positive part of review ends.. ordered 3 meals, only one came out as ordered, the person taking orders didn't come across confident when asked about gluten free .. was told chips (& salad) should be fine.. then a different person asked the chef and they said to avoid .. it turns out the person taking order and the chef are one and the same person. The menu only had one item on 4 pages marked GF.. barramundi.. which I cannot eat white fish, but besides this not a lot of people enjoy. My point is these days there is a large percentage of allergies including gluten free (coeliac) that is catered for, including gravies. This should be reviewed, especially when Services Club is recommended by motel for meals.

Reef and Beef tonite..The worst meal my husband and I have ever eaten. The steak was tough and chewy. Small piece and tasteless. Two prawns and a few chips. More than half of the steak was inedible. Salad dry and thrown in a bowl. l
Let staff know but even they weren't interested.

Disappointed the last time we went. Food was mediocre, restaurant staff (1 in particular) were grumpy with the kitchen staff and verbalized it multiple times. Ordered steak, came with 6 chips and half a bowl of tasteless salad. Have been before and had no issues. Not keen to go again.

I am sorry but our meals were all below average. We do better Chinese at home. Some things were the same as in the frozen section at Woolworths. Very disappointed ???"???"

A courtesy bus came to the caravan park to collect us and we had a lovely meal in the bistro, plenty of food, very good value.

For $55 meal of barramundi and 2 prawns and garlic butter king prawns coupled with a 60 minute plus wait.
This is one of the most disappointing meals I have reviewed.
Read all my other reviews because this is a first. I suggest people avoid this restaurant. Last nights meal was just passable. So it could be a bad couple of days but in all seriousness just not good enough. Avoid this venue, no one should bebe subjected to such disappointment.

Nice little club on the edge of town. Drink prices very reasonable and the Chinese restaurant did a good job. Passing through town and stayed at the adjacent motel.

Excellent service, great food and awesome atmosphere. Not far to walk from the showgrounds where we were staying. Highly recommend to everyone, very popular, we booked to be on the safe side.

Good food and nice atmosphere.. Was a great place for a meal on a public holiday, a little ways out of the main street area but only a short walk.

Saw one if the best shows Ive ever seen. Moree amateur theatre. Fantastic. Club facilities excellent.

It looks nice as it must have had a recent Reno. But otherwise just a normal RSL club. The restaurant is nothing to rave about.

Went there for my Nans 81st Birthday.They lost the booking so had to scramble enough tables and chairs together for us.The food was inedible, overpriced and slow.The young waitress was amazing, very understanding and helpful. We felt bad for the situation she had been put in.We asked to speak to the cook and he explained that this was normal and that the food was fine and laughed at our complaint.Not one of the 30people in our party was able to finish the food.

Great club, small and very friendly. Bistro has great Chinese meals. Very tasty and look forward to visiting again.
