I had to follow up three times to get my cart refunded after rain from the night before cancelled carts. It took 2.5 weeks to get my refund.

Club house is under a massive reno. Portoloo's in car park, coffee van for refreshments & a make shift BBQ under a tent. Have fun!

Been going to this stalwart for years. The most comfortable theatre. If you are lucky you get treated to a before show of the Owner's version of Elvis' its now or never

Great day. Sun shining. Course in great condition. Just a shame there are no Marshalls to hurry players up. Our round was ruined by the group in front who seemed to think they were on the pga tour and took forever over every shot. Great course though.

Since Covid 19 this council owned course has not offered any green fee discounts to Pensioners/Seniors or returned service personnel. The club house is closed, toilets are portaloos.
Food and coffee out of a caravan that doesn't commence until 9am $11 for a sausage on a roll. One plus is the course is in good condition but really management should be offering some discount on green fees when there is basically no facilities.

When I went, it was time to manage the golf course, but the golf course didn't tell me anything like that. The overall golf course is fun and well maintained.

Magnificent location for a game of golf. One of the best public courses on the north shore. Views, food and cold drinks worth the visit to the clubhouse.

Great course near the beach at Mona Vale. Nice fairways, some good long holes, very quick greens. Beautiful vistas as you walk through the course. A nice wide fairway off the 1st tee to allow for those warm up shots.
Friendly staff in the pro shop and the Cafe. A great place for a bite or a cold ale after a round of golf. There are both the 10 an 18 hole options in case you want a quick game.

SLOWEST round of my life, actually we only lasted 4 holes due to beginners not being monitored and the pro shop not seeming to care. I wouldn't come back. Happy to take Japanese tourist money but not keep things moving.

Was a member at MV golf club proshop and coaching 5 stars , golf course 5 stars ,the golf club commitee 1 star they got no balls to deal with bullies and the alcoholics i was a member for two years then decided to become a social member for 1 year then i was going to be a full member again and they changed the social members rules becuase of me now you cant use the driving range as a social member you are limited what you can use when it come to the use of practice areas

Played Mona Vale for the first time in November 2021. Why it was my first time will shock me forever. It's a beautiful golf course, the greens keepers are doing a tremendous job with the upkeep and the greens were fast and true!

I'll be back!

The front of house/bar staff are amazing... Katie who did the wake today was so friendly and professional and so to were the bar staff they were all so amazing... unfortunately there was a very rude and angry lady in a black chef jacket who quite frankly has a very poor attitude problem..
Why is she even interacting with guests?? ..
I'd accept her attitude if the food was amazing but it was not even average let alone amazing...
Heating up party pies is such a simple task I really don't understand how they could get it so wrong?

It's a shame the kitchen team aren't as professional as the front of house team...

Food is dry, avoid. If I could give 0 star, Andrew Silvester the Chef De Partie is the worst person I have ever come across.

So far this complaint was liked by 2 other people, meaning room for improvement from your back kitchen. Please work on this because as locals we are more than happy to support local business. My partner is not happy and decided to opt out. Respect is earned by giving it to others. This review will be here and will not be taken down.

The course is in pristine condition. The greens are immaculate.The wind was up from the south just to make it a fair bit more of a challenge. Still enjoyed the round even if my score card says different

Must be one of the best on the north shore public open golf course, well maintenance, open and wide fairway, highly recommend.

Youd play this course just to get to the elevated tee on the Par 3 16th. Its one of the prettiest holes on a public access golf course in Sydney. Greens were cored recently which was a pity to play on but once it settles, its going to be awesome. The rest of the course was in superb nick.

Such a beautiful and challenging course, made even better when the green fees were less than $50. To then get to enjoy the view with a beer afterwards made it even more special. I will definitely be back to play a round here next time i'm visiting Sydney.

A lovely 18 hole golf course set in a scenic location. It must be mentioned that the course is just up and down in tree lined parallel lines. Not too difficult. Friendly staff in the pro shop. Nice club house and restaurant/bar.
