Nice pub with a quiet atmosphere. Food was good and the outdoor area is nice to sit in the sun

Family friendly bistro with cosy booths and good food.

Food was awful, Service not so good. Parmi was a brown chicken jerky.

Had dinner Wednesday night with 12 others, had the chicken parmi. Excellent. My mate had Scott surf n turf, hollandaise house-made - huge thumbs up. Worth going here but head downstairs (some of us a little rowdy) thanks again for a great night out.

Very clean facility. I would say the most comfortable pub I have been in. Staff are fantastic and food is good. Wish I could give them a five star rating. The reason I can't is because I always have to wait a significant period of time at the bar for someone to come and serve a drink??? I've been coming here for nearly 12 months now. I've walked out four times because I could not get served.

Drinks not so much, scotch on the rocks was filled by a hose. Disgusting tasted like metho. DEFINITELY not tasting any scotch.
Disappointing as otherwise it was a lovely evening.

The staff were very friendly, food was tasy, fresh and good portions. The live singer on the night was really good and entertaining. My wife and I really enjoyed our evening.

One of a kind venue in Dubbo with its upstairs and downstairs function rooms. Excellent meals and service. Excellent range of drinks and friendly bar staff. Really helpful functions staff and coordination planning.

Had a very enjoyable dinner here NYE. They squeezed us in without a booking. We both had decent steaks, a little tough maybe but pretty well cooked and for the price very good! The kids meals are superb value and drinks and generous and good value too. Apple crumble flavour was excellent and would be perfect with a little less sugar and little more apple.

We have been absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the foul stereotyping of young men by the incompetent security staff at this establishment.
It is really unfortunate when young and respectful individuals are victimised by arrogant staff and denied entry. The remainder of the group (farmers from throughout Australia) were allowed in without assessment, and were NO DIFFERENT to the targeted individual. Everyone was additionally evaluated by RSA/RSG certified parties, who were mortified by the incompetent, undereducated and biased staff.
Staff members specifically targeted a certain gender and age, and made no acknowledgment of the differences in each individual's speech capabilities.

Everyone deserves respect. This establishment needs to improve their standards.

Our first time in Dubbo and the first Pub we had dinner in. The staff were excellent, food great and very relaxing. Totally recommended

We have had a fantastic night at the Milestone Hotel, after enjoying a 'teaser' lunch a couple of days prior. As visitors to Dubbo from the city we were very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the food, service, cocktails and atmosphere in this hotel. Certainly not your standard pub fare. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an excellent night out. The staff go above & beyond to look after customers. Special thanks to Scott, Marissa & Carissa for their recommendations & service. Also thanks to the chef for our exceptionally tasty & well cooked meals on both occasions. It's been a while since we've enjoyed every aspect of a visit to a restaurant. Well done Milestone team.

Good quality meals which were well priced. The lasagne was full of flavour and body, the roast of the day was tender with fresh salad and big chips. Service was great, drinks well priced. Kitchen was open late, great for travellers. We also loved the set up of the Pub.

Warm welcome and a nice atmosphere, just wish they could put some independent brews on tap?.

Visiting dubbo and truly enjoyed our meal here. Best dinner out. The food was amazing and the venue was equally as amazing. Loved the rooms downstairs. Best atmosphere to dine with friends and enjoy the night. Thanks for having us.

Beautifully renovated, especially downstairs. Food is a good pub standard. Wine by the glass is restricted. Buy a bottle from the extensive cellar.

Relax and enjoy a perfect venue with family or friends may be both. Staff are excellent representatives of the Dubbo culture and the food is mouth watering. Don't miss the Milestone on your next visit to Dubbo.

Visiting Dubbo for the weekend and came here to watch the AFL on a Friday night. Staff were really helpful and the beers were good!

Fantastic food and pre book a table downstairs renovated separate areas mimic a gaol for something different.
Good pub menu and Thursday night rib specials were awesome!

This is a beautiful old historic but modern pub with a great atmosphere. The meals are amazing with a great selection on the menu.

50th Birthday Function thought's;Service was outstanding! The staff are very helpful in providing planning and preparation advice. The meal service was exceptionally fast and the menu was quite plentiful with a great selection of meals for starters, mains & desert. The main meals were certainly large enough to satisfy the hungriest of beings and super delicious. The venue rooms are clean, elegant and unique. I really have no negative comments and I certainly recommend the Milestone Hotel as one of Dubbo's best venues.

We enjoy our nights out here. When we're running a bit late, it's so convenient. Great hours.

Sit downstairs in a convict hewn rock room. Freshest food in town. Brilliant kitchen staff. Friendly service, great location and menu.

Good selection of dishes nicely cooked and presented, friendly staff and pleasant surroundings

Disappointed. I was only in Dubbo visiting and stopped in here to buy takeaway of 2 beef burgers without beetroot and ended up with a bun that was soaked in beetroot juice. For the price they should have been able to give me a fresh bun.

Congratulations to Milestone Hotel and all the staff especially Carissa and bar staff (on the night) for fantastic service and providing a perfect venue . Guests were highly complimentary of the food platters and the friendliness of the bar staff. This is the second larger function I have hosted at Milestone this year and both events were very successful. The communications and support leading up to the event was outstanding. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to host a function as Cheeky Bar is perfect private area and there are many food options from buffet to platters.
