The Portuguese restaurant in here still goes under the radar - simple, Portuguese food in a casual, old school tennis club. Unpretentious, no frills, good food.

Courts are in relatively good shape, little worn. Often busy, so good to book a court in advance. Cheaper for members, otherwise around $20 for an hour booking. Not Hardcourts, I've only ever played on synthetic grass here.

I might be a bit snobby but think this place is overpriced for what you get ..they fill you up with bread when the kitchen can't keep up with orders. Flimsy thin steaks. Everything is oily. Below average. TBH

Rude customer service- booked a tennis court a week ago and when I came, there was no one at the front counter/ bar. Kept calling out Hello!!! Heard someone at the back so waited and kept calling out. Obviously wasn't heard so I stuck my head around the corner to get their attention- a causasian woman rushed at me saying YOU CAN'T BE BACK HERE YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT YOU CAN'T BE BACK HERE (how long did she expect me to wait?). Won't be coming back here, how rude for the morning- and I love tennis!! Disappointing.
Please get a bell or something! Just a suggestion.

Great courts with fences between each one. Staff are really lovely and grounds are kept top notch. Highly recommend.

This place is so great. Good warm vibes and relaxed, casual atmosphere. Cool even if you aren't playing tennis. I love the live band too

The courts and the restaurant are open to the public but you'll definately see the difference in service between members/regulars and casual patrons. Small selection of beers and spirits. The place was quaint and even had a man singing to the autofill pop beats if a keyboard.. avoid the dirty leather sofas in the main room and bathrooms at all costs

Tennis ? courts for hire, Portuguese social club and Portuguese restaurant all in one. The Portuguese food ? is really good but you often have to wait 1-1.5 hours for your food. Also the prices are slightly higher than what you'd expect from a small social club. Overall worth checking out for a tennis hit (note book ahead as the courts are always busy) and some good Portuguese food.

Great food in a slightly strange venue. Its best to go here with a large group, as this way you get to experience all the dishes. Highly recommend the espetada. Super cheap drinks at the bar too, albeit with a very small selection of local stuff. Good choice of Portugese beers and wines make up for this. Excellent venue for functions as well. Friendly staff, good service, and good prices. Will be coming back.
