Went there to catch up with family for dinner, it was a good get together, there were 15 of us, with one visiting! down from Queensland.
Service was quick, quite a few people eating in the dinning area.

The serves are generous and the food was very good. The menu is a very good range, with a roast of the day, fish of the day and pie of the day as well. There is a great salad bar as well. There are lots of tables and plenty of parking. The toilets are very clean and modern. Service was pretty quick and friendly.

Salad bar is surprisingly good.
We had fix of dishes, I had roast pork, which was on dry side but all over dishes and sides are yum.

Price is meh, but I guess the salad bar is all you can eat, so guess cover a bit from the main dishes.

Can only comment on the MPH restaurant. The service is prompt and staff friendly. Great deals and particularly steak night on Wednesdays. Purchase of a main meal includes salad bar. One of few places that have a salad bar buffet. Well topped up during service.
The menu offers the basic bar meals, does have a limited kids meals and drinks from bar and wine / cocktails are simplified. Good old fashioned pub diner.
Sports bar section has pool table and tab. Pokies room is reasonably clean.

Ordered the porterhouse steak which was cooked to perfection tasty and tender . Cold beer on a scorcher of a day is a definite plus. The Dining room has a very relaxed spacious atmosphere. The staff are friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this great pub .

It's a nice clean place and staff are friendly. There is still a salad bar, which is unusual since covid. Last time we had a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed the food. Being vegetarian, I was disappointed with the menu. Apart from one dish, my only option was the salad bar, and they didn't give me a dinner plate. My daughter who eats gluten and dairy free didn't attend luckily. She may have been able to eat the cauliflower! Couole of sundaes were ordered which was just a bit of icream with flavoured topping. Don't call it a sundae. Probably give it a miss for a while and check the menu before going again.

We absolutely love the Mansfield Hotel. The manager is amazing as is the staff, special mention to Emma who's always welcoming. Best steak around, love this place so much we're getting married here.

I have ordered from Mansfield Park Hotel many times now and all the food is so good. They have the best schnitzels, both beef and chicken, really yummy gravy, excellent salad. The fish is very nice, the sausages are great and I recently ordered steak from them and that was really good too. Many thanks to the chef and staff for their good work.

Dismal lunch service, service without a smile, dead atmosphere, overpriced food with salad bar leaving a lot to be desired, no bread n butter, condiments etc at salad bar, even the pasta has no sauce. All good was bland at best, everyone at our table had different meals and all thought that. We won't be back.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the appearance of this venue.
First time I was a customer here because of a father's day celebration organised by my eldest son.

My partner and I both had the Rump Steaks. They were both chewy as, the salad bar was nothing to write home about. The veggie bar was nice, The garlic bread and veggie bar were the only good things about the whole dinner. Safe to say can put it on the list of places we've been to and won't go back.

We went there for dinner and to watch the showdown,awesome food! Most the service was good, except for one rude arrogant bartender. We are locals and go there quite regularly.. so to be treated the way we were by this one women was surprising. We were there to have a good time and spend decent money but she definitely made our time quite unpleasant. Even the other workers were apologising for this one womens behaviour.
It's definitely turned us off coming there again, which is sad because the food there is delicious. But it take one awful situation to turn us off for good!
That one women definitely needs to find a new line of work, clearly working with the public is no good for her.

Scotch filet steak cooked medium rare Was tough - might have been porterhouse? Garlic prawns were very nice However the rice was lumpy and dry in parts.

Delicious lunch, I had chicken snitzel, and Mr. had steak of the day. We like coming here as it is always consistent with the meals, quick, friendly service.

Nicely updated hotel, food available all day, friendly staff. If booking a room, unfortunately only stairs with metal banister with a wall of glass, it was a hot day and I needed to use the railing when going down the stairs, the rails were red hot and burnt my hands, so a warning to would be hotel guests!

Have been regulars for meals in the bistro for a long time however we took friends there for the $10 off any steak night and 3 of the 4 meals were scotch fillet steaks which were not cooked as ordered, had a lot of gristle, 1did not even look like scotch fillet, chips overcooked and not hot. The second tray of potato bake in the salad bar was only just warm. I sent an email to provide feedback looking for change assurance and as I have not received any response we won't be back. For a $38 steak more is expected.

Had to stay down the hill again due to an early appointment with the Arndale NAB.

So I booked a night at the Mansfield and at $150 for the night I thought it was a little over priced.

However my cash wasn't good enough for the Finsbury. They wouldn't even give me a room for the night because my credit card had been reported lost that day. I dont know why it was auto reported lost, because I still had possession of it, obviously an issue with NAB. But the staff at Finsbury said its policy you had to have a CC even if you are paying cash. Turns out you actually have to have an operable CC, even if you are paying cash because I had one but was still turned away.

Anyway the room at the Mansfield absolutely smashed the Finsbury rooms, the staff overcame my CC issue by asking for an extra $100 deposit. The staff way more friendly at the Mansfield and the patrons way better. You only need to speak the language or not be Junkie to better the Finsbury local.

Anyway I'll never ever go back to the Finsbury for even a cold beer on a hot day. All the patronage I have given them over the years and they turn me away. Knowing I was on foot with my luggage case. I've advised all my colleagues to do the same, from now on its either the Mansfield or even the Enfield over the overpriced poor service Finsbury.

This was our first time and we were thoroughly impressed. We came for the schnitzel night and it was delicious. Customer service was excellent, staff were nice and friendly. We have a toddler and were asked if she would like it if they changed one of the tvs near us to a kids channel, we asked her and of course she said yes. The little kids pack with book and crayons was enjoyed and so was the games room. Food was hot and quick which was perfect. Schnitzel and crispy and not greasy and the chips were cooked to perfection and seasoned. The salad bar was well maintained and looked after. Staff were very quick to fix a small mistake that was made, which I very much appreciated. Would definitely highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

Food review: Home delivery dinner. Tasty. Well packaged. Perfect temperature. Always happy with the food and menu offered. Ordered Roast of the day, which was roast chicken with potatoes and vegetables. Sticky Date Pudding dessert. Delicious, although the roast chicken was a little dry, but not too much that the meal was still not enjoyable. Have ordered from the Mansfield Park Hotel a few times and really enjoyed the meals and the prices are very reasonable too. Great portions! Home Delivery via Menulog. Recommend this hotel for dine in or home delivery.

Love the spicy dumplings entree and out steaks were cooked perfectly...I think management must have changed as the food and service is so much better....

We ordered our food and drinks and garlic bread. The amount of garlic bread for the price was quite a small serve. They came and said our food wouldnt be long.... but was 45 minutes before we got it and we also had to ask where our drinks were. My beef schnitzel was tough and grisly but my sons was nice. Pretty disappointed as i was told by a few people the meals were nice.

It's a nice and chill spot. The dining has specials during weekdays which includes steak, schnitzels and curry.

Hosted my sons 21st here. Staff where outstanding, friendly, helpful, everyone commented how great the food was and so much.
Great private space pool table was a hit and thanks for allowing us to bring in entertainment games.

Great food. This chef here deserves a lot of credit. The staff are always friendly and the place is very nice especially with the old gum trees out the front.

Overcooked schnitzels, first steak overcooked, returned, second ok till it sat for a couple of minutes so overcooked as well. Son found a hair in his meal so thatu2019s guaranteed to stop you eating. Donu2019t understand the reviews youu2019ve got, obviously done by people that donu2019t know what food is meant to taste like or just too smashed to know the difference.

Wheelchair friendly. Great and friendly service. All of their staffs are very helpful. I had a awesome lunch with my friends.
