Staff friendly, meals priced well, food was tasty and hot

Had a delicious meal at the bowling club. It was fresh, tasty and delicious and was quite reasonably priced. Lovely views looking towards Brisbane. Staff are very helpful and attentive. There is a free courtesy bus that will pick you up and also drive you home again, shout out to the fantastic courtesy bus driver Wal, He was amazing. There is also live entertainment and a children's play area. Lovely friendly little club if you're on Macleay Island and looking for something to eat or have a relaxing drink.

The view is very special and it would be had to to beat quite frankly anywhere. Pub food great and staff friendly and obliging. As my son would say, "Just chilling" . Perfect in my humble opinion.

Hopped on the ferry for a look at this little island and had lunch at Club Macleay. They have a courtesy bus from the ferry which was convenient. Lunch was pretty pub fairish, food was good, service was excellent and the views were great.

Lovely views, great atmosphere. We ate there twice and the food and service were both excellent. On our 2nd visit they had a trivia quiz on, great fun 😀
Extra plus, the club provides transport for it's visitors; and the very nice driver made sure we didn't miss the last ferry, much appreciated ??'?

Came here for dinner. I am vegetarian, a lot of options, surprised with the variety of options the meals came with. Service was amazing! Very polite, high energy, and just a really good atmosphere!

Beautiful view, with beautiful staff with beautiful food. I would say it's a pretty beautiful place. They do a cracking Lamb Korma. Never had a bad feed there.

Called in for a cold beer in the afternoon & then back for dinner. Great atmosphere, delicious meal & dessert and best of all an absolutely beautiful sunset. So here's some pics for you to see for yourself.

We came here on a Sunday. Walked in and was greeted by great live music. We had a Chicken Parmy, seafood basket and garlic bread. Food is delicious! Chicken Parmy had the cheese properly grilled and the seafood basket was delicious! Nice and lightly crumbed. Even the side salads were actually decent. Highly recommend for an island feed on here. I should've taken a photo of the food but didn't want to be one of those people haha

Best views of the bay, well worth coming close to sunset, see the gorgeous views with a cool drink. Hang around for dinner from a lovely menu cooked great.

A Good night. It was a busy Saturday night and hard to find a seat inside. The Club can organise shuttle to and from the ferry terminal.
The food was a little better then typical pub meals with prices that one would expect of that quality. We had a lovely sunset and had the opportunity to chat to some of the locals.
We had some musical entertainment and a meat raffle.
Food didn't take to long considering how many people were there.
Hit for non locals, instead of the typical 1 hour between evening ferry times there is two hours between at around 6:30pm to 8:25pm

Absolutely incredible spot to watch the sunset on MacLeay Island. We had dinner and desert at the club and the meals were generous in size and tasted great. Highly recommend this club for a night off cooking

We love the Club for its views and atmosphere. I've had the crumbed lamb cutlets both times I've been there and they've been beautiful.

A wonderful day out. Perfect weather. The club macleay staff were very hospitable. Tasty meals. The club offers a courtesy bus which collects you from the ferry jetty and brings you back afterwards. Highly recommend.

We visit Club Macleay often - friendly atmosphere, great food, love the live music and fabulous views over the water. A very unique entertainment venue!!

Beautiful meals with a gorgeous view of the bay (Morton Bay). Also a nice ferry trip from Redland Bay to Macleay Island.

Fantastic location and the food is actually amazing. Even deserts too. We love going there
